This membership has saved me so much money over the years. I love that everything has a warranty

The geek squad is the place to go. If you have any kind of problem or concern with your electronics. Again, they help me with transferring from one computer to another. Additionally, I purchased a yearly membership which will protect me if I need further help. That is a very comforting thought because they are my go-to place when I need help!

I really like this membership as it allows you to get warranties and gives you a long time to pay on card with no interest. I can pay things off faster and get other things I need that come up and not worry if I can't pay it right then.

I have had My Best Buy Total since its inception many years ago. It is the best insurance value I have ever had. On-line Geek assistance is great, I use at least two or three times per year; have received excellent Geek assistance in person at the store and have been pleased it assures coverage for more than my own unit within my household. I have recommended it to friends and they have had the same satisfaction. Knowing you have the Geeks assistance has made me much more productive and knowledgeable.

Like I said if you get the total you’ll get two year geeksquad warranty on any product you buy packaged in for no additional costs. So instead of buying the warranty for $200 just get the yearly total membership.

With as many products as I buy yearly I'm happy to have this protection that is provided to me with my Total Tech Membership. I especially enjoy the help I get from Geek Squad and the 2 year protection or Apple Care+ I get on my products while having this memberships.

Love it! We take our company laptops to their tech service and they handle everything with the utmost care. It is like a personal IT service!

The membership has been excellent. I get notifications of any sales that are going on especially through the holidays. And also the rewards that come with that and the extended warranties.

Great item just the perfect size for us. Great for coming in after grocery shopping and putting my extra items in the fridge. That way I have no space in my upstairs fridge.

The BestBuy Geek Squad team at Vallejo was great. Addressed all the issues with 2 computers. The only reason this is not 5 stars is the phone service required to make appointments. Get rid of that "service". So frustrating that it makes me want to do business somewhere else.

This item pays for itself on the 1st item that breaks. It gives you free protection on your items no matter the issue.

This is great. Especially if you have multiple purchases at Best Buy, as it gives all of your items a great warranty.

Almost pays for itself if you have to have anything delivered installed returned or exchanged. Makes the process smoother and easier if they know you have Total. You might save enough if you have a few large purchases for the year.

Being a member makes me feel safe about all of my tech I purchase through them at the best prices. I’m sad that DJI drones are no longer available, but I understand that’s outside of their control.
