Realy good and valuable. Of course i would love to use it again.

So far so good had no problem the products I bought a month ago.

My new Whirlpool dryer was defective and didn't dry even one load after delivery and installation. GEEK technician was scheduled in a few days and said repair costs were extensive and recommended replacement. I was required to pay an additional $80 for an upgrade to a boxed machine. Delivery of new machine will be in another week. My membership is fantastic. I think.

For someone like me who exclusively uses Best Buy for all my electronic needs, the Total membership is absolutely worth every penny. I thoroughly enjoy it and will continue to subscribe as long as they offer it.

This protection is great. I have used it a few times. I keep renewing every year. Geek Squard is really helpful and the job done. I love it.

Best Buy Total is a great membership program that covers items in your home. I am a huge fan of saving money on costly repairs and the membership is definitely a good one to have.

Signed up for this when I bought a new computer which was not on sale at the time. Don’t usually buy add-ons like this but the salesman said if the price of the computer dropped within 60 days, this membership would give me the sale price. Sure enough the next month this model went on sale and I saved $300.

Basically, you either pay $70 or more for fixing your computer that was attacked or pay the $180 for the annual Geek Squad coverage subscription. For that reason, it was worth getting and they did clean up the issue, plus backed up the computers data at no extra charge.

I really appreciate all the support I have received from the Geek Squad and how they make me not feel stupid with all my needs.

It’s always good to be a member or something now’s all join saves some money down the road when you’re buying another appliances or electronics and they have coverage
