Membership and the Geek Squad were great in transferring everything from the old to the new laptop.

I love having this membership and not having to worry about repair costs if/when necessary. It's also great because I can use it from home, without having to go into the store for service. The techs are very knowledgeable and quickly resolve whatever issue I'm having.

I'm very pleased with the Sony Bravia 75" TV. It is an upgrade from my previous 60" TV. The colors are excellent, it's easy to operate with the remote and I might buy another one for my bedroom if I win the $400.

What a great deal! I had issues with my laptop because of my lack of high level technical experience. Recently had a malware problem and it's covered under my new total plan.

I bought an All In One computer. After hearing about all of the "ifs and Maybes" it seems like purchasing the membership may be a good investment. Time will tell. Expect to purchase a laptop for my wife very soon. The membership may add value then.

The service can be good. One suggestion - level 2 Technicians need to talk to customers before they do anything.

This was one of thee best purchases that I've made with Best Buy. This membership provides discounts on items, assists with electronics when there's an issue with best service and they the customers service when installing is top tier. This membership is a must.

I brought my HP laptop in for a diagnosis because of very slow operation. It was determined that the hard drive needed replacement. Figuring the cost of diagnosis and repair, it became obvious that purchase of the Best Buy Total membership what's the way to go. The membership would cover future diagnosis and repairs on this and other electronics, as well as cloning my desktop to a new desktop which I will be buying later this year. The membership includes many other benefits and a discounts.
