Geek Squad is a Great Value Membership Program and it's a great relief and budget friendly for the customers.

You have no control over the skill or lack of expertise in those offering to help and assuring you they will fix things. Sometimes they create more problems. It does save money with multiple consultations.

Very pleased with the work. But, the wait in line to be seen was far too long. Geek Squad is understaffed, while there are store employees just yacking it up.

Best way to keep from pulling my hair out was to purchase this Best Buy Total Membership. I purchase this EVERY year and consider it worth every penny. I have used it at 3 or 4 A.M. and the geek saved the morning for me. I have had it for the past 10 or 12 years. It is good insurance for your old purchases and your new ones when you retire your old ones. Love Love Love , I'm not techy, I leave it to them, and they have never let me down. I can use but I can't fix, or trouble shoot...I will never be without it.

The membership is totally worth it. I bought it and they did their job quickly. I loved how they assembled my PC, doing a great job with the cables and everything else. They provided good service and treated us kindly, and they let us test it before we left. It's 100% worth it.

i don't think i've used it yet, but i'm glad i have it, if something goes wrong, this is the only way it can be easily fixed with a satisfactory resolution.

In my opinion the My Best Buy total membership is awesome. I love purchasing new items and they are included in the program, instead of buying an extended warranty each time I buy something. I purchase a lot of merchandise from Best Buy and if you're like me, you want to add the extra protection to the electronics you buy. The membership adds that freedom for all the things you buy as long as the membership is active. So, if you're trying to decide if the program is right for you, look at what you're buying and compare the extended warranty price to the membership price and all of it's benefits of the program. You'll see for yourself, there is no comparison. I would tell anyone who shops at Best Buy like I do, get the My Best Buy Total membership because it's definitely worth the value you pay each year.
