My experience with Best Buy has always been a good one.

THE best protection plan on the market. Period. Absolutely only buy our tech for the whole household here solely because of this plan. NOTHING better on the entire consumer market in our opinion. 100% necessary to stay up to date with. Garaunteed lifetime member here.

I bought a new laptop and wanted to be sure I could use Microsoft Outlook for my mail. Not sure that I could get it to transfer from my former desktop, I enrolled to get the help I needed. Very glad because the install was not seamless. The Geek squad set me up.

I purchased a lap top for my son for college but the Membership services that came along with it I may actually use, like geek support. That would definitely come in handy for the electronic devices that my family uses. You need reliable devices to use every day so this is an excellent member benefit. Thank you for providing this.
