It's interesting that they'll set up/transfer your information on a new laptop for "free" if you're a member but then charge you to be a member. Hmmm.

Haven't had to use yet but its good to know I have it protected.

I am so thankful I decided to purchase My Best Buy Total. I bought a new computer and the Geek squad transferred all my data from old computer to the new one and then helped me understand my new computer. It has given me a sense of security to have this service.

This product is worth the price of admission. I find the total value worth the cost and the customer service makes it easy to use for all my coverage.

I’m usually anti-memberships but this actually makes sense. If you buy even 1 or 2 products on average per year, the included benefits pay for the membership. Recommended if this fits your habits

Best Buy membership has saved me a good bit of money with repair or replacement of devices over the years. Also how to navigate some things as well. I would highly recommend it. It’s worth the money.

I brought in my daughter's computer to get cleaned up & I wasn't really sure how much it was going to cost...Needless to say, I was greatful that I was offered the membership bcause it was significantly cheaper than what I would have had to pay without it & it also covers other Best Buy purchases.

perfect for worry free transfer of all my info from old computer to new one. worth every penny as my old computer was 11 years old and i needed help with all the new features on my new HP. scheduled a learning session and it was so helpful.
