the membership with the geek squad plan was helpful. after we got it home ad ware popped up .not sure if it came from transfer from old system. geek squad cleaned it up. the price came down a bit and we got some refund.

Comes in handy glad I purchased this just in case.

I bought a processor at Best Buy and Sophia in the Grapevine store was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions. She set up the processor like I wanted, She restored my data from my old processor and placed the data on the new one. I received great customer service from Sophia.
