Just Get My Best Buy Total! You won't regret it. I travel a lot, and they are always available via chat or on the phone to help with everything (except hardware issues). But whenever I have a hardware issue they graciously fix it. They also set up a new laptop for me that I purchased online. I've saved thousands of dollars over the 11+ years I've had Geek Squad protection!

My overall experience was great! I knew the qualities I wanted in my purchase of a laptop, however what I didn’t know is that I’d be getting a priceless customer service and support! The employee who not only took the time to explain the choices but the specs of each option! The employee really wanted to make sure I was fully informed and threw his own skillful expertise into his explanation. The employee also was super patient and was polite and VERY charismatic. I’ve yet to enter another store where I’ve recieved the exact extraordinary service I was provided from this employee. I unfortunately forgot his name but I absolutely think he is in order for praise and promotion for representing BESTBUY with integrity and pride!!!

I'm very pleased with my Best Buy membership plan. I had two "retired" laptops that I had the Geeks look at. They were able to fix one like new, so now I have a back up for travel. Money well spent.
