You can use it to have your computer checked or worked on at no extra cost to you. My computer hard drive died, they put a new one in and formatted it with Windows 11 at no extra cost to me. Best buy geek squad does a great job. I would highly recommend this program.

It started out free for years, then became a service membership. It definitely is worth the price. I love Best Buy & Magnolia Services. They are always so helpful with guiding me on purchases and never mind when I’m in the store several times before making large purchases.

Management advised they would fix and almost two weeks later, not done, left message at local store with no response.
