After two service calls and following the directions precisely; we still have no led lights. Trying to return it a hassle. This item is sold by a third party by the name of BCP. Between Best Buy and BCP we’ve gotten nothing but the run around.
Sending this large item back is a hassle. We’re keeping it but NEVER ordering through Best Buy again!
