Getting "lucky" with Fallout 4

He wears a big green "leprechaun" hat and carries a four-leaf clover. The hat makes him fall over more than I'd like, as it makes him a bit too top-heavy. But if you're collecting the set of Vault Boy bobbles, this is one of the more interesting ones.
