Love it, but not intuitive at first

Yes, it hurts a bit for 3-6 seconds, but the bite relieve is worth it. Tip to new users: The device is not intuitive. Many of the negative reviews say it doesn't work, that's what I thought at first. But I wasn't using it correctly, I was holding down the top button. You don't hold down the top button, you tap the button quickly once (for 3 second treatment) or twice (for 6 second treatment).

It Works

Great product

Check your settings

Thought it would be great for my grand daughter. It has two setting (three sec and six sec) setting. However, I cannot tell the difference in the two setting. When placed on your skin it gets very hot. I have tried it on my sking and it is too hot.

First the on/off switch has to be on
Then press and release once (do not hold down) the button for the 3 second application
Then press and release twice (do not hold down) the button for the 6 second application
If that does not help, please contact us at info@beurer.com for warranty instructions to send it in for repair or replacement.

Small enough to carry in a purse

Insect bite healer

Works on mosquito bites

Worked Fairly Well
