I do not tolerate mosquitos bites very well and the discomfort thay cause me is something I had not found immediate relief available in any form or fashion. I admit that the Beurar Insect Bite Healer sounded like snake oil until I read a couple reviews by trusted organizations who had tested it. I caught it on Deal of the Day and for the price I decided it was worth a try. When it arrived I was surprised at how small it is and can be easily carried in your clothing pockets. It is very light and durable. The biggest surprise however is the instant relief you get from insect bites once you have treated the bite with the device. Not only does it immediately eliminate the severe itching that I get from mosquitos bites it prevents the large whelps or swelling I get from the bite. The heating element on the healer is about the diameter of a pencil eraser and it gets hot immediately when activated. You feel the heat but it is isolated to the size of the heating pad and it is completely tolerable. For me the Beurer Insect Bite Healer is anything but snake oil. I keep one with me all the time when mosquitos are in season. It simply works as advertised and I 100% recommend this device.

I was skeptical, but this little thing really works. The mosquitos love me and this really makes the bite almost nonexistent. My kids were hesitant at first thinking it would hurt (it does get a little warm) but after using it they grab it on their own whenever needed.

Really works if you are willing to use it for the full 5 seconds against your bite. Relief lasts for hours! It’s small enough to take with you everywhere, and best of all, no creams, or anything!

Best investment had it for a few years. My sister gets terrible mosquito bites and this helps alleviate or even nip it innthe bud before it gets worst.

Where I live, I get mosquito bites constantly because of the woods behind the house. I decided to give this a try and glad I did. I didn’t expect the heat at first against my skin, but it was only for 3 seconds and got rid of the itch. I recommend it.

I bought this on a deal of the day while at the lake, being a victom of several insect bites. When we got home, this item had arrived. I tried it on one last nagging bite. Worked almost instantly. Its the perfect size for sticking in my purse and taking it to the lake with me. I almost want to get bit again just to test it out again. LOL

I thought I would try this as the itching from mosquito bites drive me crazy. I have only needed to use it a couple of times and it worked well. My daughter tried it and thought it felt too hot so she did the setting for sensitive skin and that was better. Think it is worth the money.

I was skeptical whether this would work or not, but I'm glad i looked at other reviews and took the plunge. It absolutely does what it says; it makes the itch/ irritation go away. 2 settings - one for sensitive skin, one not basically just adjust the time this runs. The heat can be intense. Try the lower setting first.

I’m susceptible to bug bites that become uncomfortable & unsightly. So glad this was on sale and I bought it on a whim - delighted to say that it works as advertised. Some commenters say it’s too hot; all I needed to do was not press too hard. Great purchase.

This product surprisingly works great!! I figured I would try it since it was cheap - to my surprise, it does exactly what it is says. I get bit all year long from mosquitoes, and this is the only product that helps.

Let me first start off by saying yes…it is painful, it gets really hot but let me tell you…I can’t live without it now! I immediately stop feeling itchy after I use this on my mosquito bites. Just today I used this on 5 mosquito bites! I will probably buy a second one in case the one I have stops working.

This product works. Was bitten by something on my foot while cutting the grass. After an hour the area began to throb, so i decided to get the bite healer. Within a few minutes the throbbing began to ease and just a little redness but no pain.

I purchased the Beurer Insect Bite Healer in white, and it’s been pretty helpful for dealing with itching and swelling from bug bites. It works quickly and provides noticeable relief. However, after repeated use, it feels like the effectiveness fades slightly. That said, it’s still a convenient and easy-to-use device. For the price, I think it’s a solid product that does the job well enough. Would recommend for minor insect bites.

I really wondered how effective this would be. I'm impressed. We've used it on wasp stings and mosquito bites and it really seemed to help the symptoms and help things heal faster. Be careful though. At the full 6 seconds, it gets quite hot. But, that is much better than the itching.

The heat burn hurts like crazy but for only the time it is on your skin. There is no residual pain. But it seems to work. It helps minimize the itching sensation but not fully obliterates the itch.

Besides the small plate getting hot really fast and feeling like a burn…it only last for a few seconds after but discomfort/pain from bite was relieved

Works just it stated. I was pleasantly surprised when I used this on a mosquito bite and it took the itch away. Now I can heal up in a couple days instead of a couple weeks!

This little device really does the job. One word of caution. There is a mild burning effect that your feel from the heating. So, little ones may not like that, i found out first hand.

This works. Think of this like the hot spoon treatment for bug bites, but it is not for the faint of heart. It gets much, much, much hotter. If you have issues with seconds of intense focused pain, this is not for you, but if you can handle it, the benefits are worth it!

Love this. Takes the itch away instantly. Once you get used to the initial heat, you can keep using it and it does help. My kids even use it for their bites.
