Tom Hanks gives a great performance in this '80s Classic.

Ok movie, and now writing this to take up fifty characters.

Never thought I would regret every movie I ever watched of Tom Hanks now what we know about this man.

I was supposed to get this before Christmas, to give as a gift, and I still haven't received it....

Josh is a little boy who wishes he was big, and he gets his wish and wakes up as Tom Hanks. His mom freaks out, and Josh goes into the city and critiques toys for a living and Elizabeth Perkins falls in love with him. Robert loggia his boss is great, and just you wait until the wish wearrs off and Elizabeth gets to see who she fell in love with... if only he were twenty years older, she would have went for him. Very comical, a frightened kid figuring out life at a young age and getting a paycheck.

This is simply a very funny movie. This (along with "Dragnet") features Tom Hanks at his comedic best. After only being available in fullscreen for a long time, we get a widescreen, extended 2-disc DVD. This is a worthwhile purchase. Since I've only seen the film on TV before, I cannot comment on the original theatrical version, but the extended cut is great and is the perfect length for the film. The special features are interesting as well. Highly recommended.

Big" is a 1980's drama that wouldn't get less exciting even seeing it decades from now. The movie is honest, funny and surprisingly sweet. It has deep messages about growing-up and friendship. It has a smart script that never leaves it being dull or silly with it's risky theme. All the jokes and romance work they should and you can never go wrong with Hanks.

I am a big Tom Hanks fan and this is one of my favorite movies. It not only has comedy, but is heartwarming, at points, as well. It's definately a "feel good" movie and one that I have watched again and again. I couldn't wait to own it for my video library!

This is a Classic! I remember watching this as a kid and I loved it. I bought it for my daughter's birthday and now it is one of her favorite movies too. I'm so glad that I can share this with her.

Tom Hanks acts in another classic film that uses magic to tell a story. Who can forget Tom Hanks tap dancing on the huge toy piano. This movie rekindles and captures the kid in all of us.

The classics with Tom Hanks never get old. The bluray edition has been done nicely and have enjoyed watching the movie with people who haven't seen it in a while.

Great movie that gets even greater with the extended version. All kids should watch this movie.
