So far so good used for three weeks disappointed in the drying fan .a little short for total drying.

The bidet is very well made. It is sturdy a d works terrific.

For me I have to sit way to the front for it to hit the right spot, even with the sprayer adjusted all the way back. Don’t count on the dryer doing much. You can’t really feel it much. You do have to dry with TP. If I had to do it again I’d probably get something else.

Works well but seat slams down. The soft close doesn’t work well

When first install it the water was leaking from the T connector. Send me new T connector and hoses. After 2 days of working working the water stop spraying. Waiting on replacement. When it works it is great. Customer service great and very responsive. give 4 star to them.

This unit has a slow close lid and seat dampener. The lid now slams closed less than a year and a half after purchase. It is out of warranty and $39 for a new lid. Better off spending more money and getting a better unit with a better warranty or better yet a seat that does not break.

The Bio Bidet Slim 3 is the first bidet we have ever used. I must say we have been very impressed! Installation was easy and straightforward. The only tricky part is figuring out how to get power to the bidet. Most of us probably don't have an outlet behind the toilet so you will have to use an extension cord or have an outlet installed. Definitely something to consider when purchasing. The bidet experience with the Bio Bidet has been wonderful. Plenty of features make going to the bathroom as comfortable as possible. There is a built in seat heater, night light, self cleaning mode, a fan for drying and more! It all works perfect and we have had no issues so far. If you have been thinking about getting a bidet just do it! You won't be disappointed with the Bio Bidet Slim 3!

Let me preface this by saying this is my second bidet and second Bio Bidet. I purchased this unit at the end of September when my first Bio Bidet's pump failed after a year and a half. I will say I liked my first one enough to buy a second Bio Bidet, but after two months this units pump has also failed. Out of two bidets the average lifespan of my Bio Bidet's is 10 months, which is frankly unaccepted for the price. We were able to warranty our other unit for $90.00 including shipping, on top of the $300.00 for the unit I cannot say if we did or didn't get our value at this time, if it lasts another year I will be happy. Now this unit will now need to be warrantied and I expect us to pay another $90.00 in shipping and repairs. At this time I would not recommend buying any Bio Bidet unit, take your business elsewhere to a more reliable brand such as Toto.

It was too large for my toilet so it was never installed.

Lasted a year and a half. Toilet seat cracked, and then it stopped working completely. Emailed the company, and they said there is nothing they can do since it is out of warranty. Save your money, don't buy this Bio Bidet.
