Didn't purchase this for myself, but I assume it works like it's supposed too

I only have two area rugs need to be vacuumed so I opted for something inexpensive I wouldn't get something like this for a large area the suction wasn't that great but the drop-down feature of the bag less disposal of dirt area is awesome

Vacuums ok.stuff does get stuck in hose. Kind of hard to reinsert cannister

The various compartments and filters of a bag less seemed complicated.

It will s alright. It does not suck a whole lot but it does the job.

This upright vacuum does a nice job. Assembly required but easy to do.

It gets the job done but it is a Lil loud and doesn't roll easily.

this is a very good basic vacuum cleaner. i use it for my mancave in the garage. its lightweight. not a lot of suction because its only a 10 amp motor. so you might have to go over the area twice but it gets the job done. its also great on the stairs in the house because the brushes keep moving even in the closed position and its lightweight compare to my big heavy duty hoover bagged windtunnel vacuum that is a chore to use on the stairs and the brushes stop moving when you put it in the upright closed position which is necessary as you go up each stair. if you need a nice simple lightweight non-heavy duty vacuum cleaner this is the one. but if you need something heavy duty get one of the bagged hoover windtunnel ones. also don't confuse it with other hoover windtunnel vacs...this is the top of the line one...not sure if they even make it anymore. its heavy duty. can go in reverse in the power self moving mode and it has small brushes on the side of the head that pick up dirt against your floor side molding. very nice to have. only see the big hoover bagged windtunnel at sears but other places might have them. but its heavy and built well. but if you don't need that. this bissell will do the trick. very happy with my purchase. people might wonder why i have two vacuum cleaners. but i need one for my mancave to do the stairs and the upstairs area. the big heavy duty hoover windtunnelis too heavy to carry up the stairs to the upper rooms and it just refuses to die . had it for 10 years and it just keeps on running even clean it out with a garden hose in the front yard. and let it dry out for 1-2 days and it keeps on cleaning. truly amazing machine but expensive. .

Bought this maybe used it 5 times and the belt broke.

I purchased this vacuum for our new home, and I have to say that it is great! It has great power, and is very easy to take care of. The price was great, and the quality was amazing. Although we have only owned for about a week, I'm veery happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone.

Upon the first usage, the attachment with the brush pretty much disintegrated on me. I tried to put it back together, but again, it fell apart completely. If you're the person who uses the attachments a lot, do not buy this.

I bought this vacuum without doing any research and definitely paid the cost. It looks nice but it's really hard to push on carpet and sometimes takes a few try's to pick something up. Don't buy it.

I have a fairly big house and need a powerful vacuum to clean it up. So far, this vacuum does not fail on me. It sucks dirt from carpet and hard floor without problem, works very good. And also it runs relatively quietly and very easy to clean.

I bought this because I only really have two area rugs that I needed it for. It works ok but if you have huge carpeted areas I would get something else

Cheaply-made can't get under low-lying furniture because it's so bulky
