As a dog owner, I should've bought this as soon as I got puppies. It's so easy to use and does an amazing job spot cleaning.

This is a great product. It cleans really well with a little effort to use it, in terms of scrubbing. The one thing I don't like about this machine is that its super loud and just unberable to turn on. Granted that's not a huge factor in terms of my overall experience with this product. I do like that it has various attachments and the potential for more through the manufacturer. For me this machine is light to carry around my home. The capacity of both tanks is also impressive. This portable shampooer cleaned better than my 3K Rainbow system with its portable shampooer attachment, and that machine only comes with one thin layer of scrubbing brushes whereas this bissell comes with 2 different types of brushes and a spraying crevice tool. I would recomment this to anyone, as long as they can tollerate the machine noise.

Works extremely well! Our first one was great too, but the handle cracked. It was within the Best Buy warranty time and our store replaced it quickly and with ease.Best Buy is the best place to purchase.

This little green pet pro did exactly what I intended it to do. Clean up a sofa my dog slobbered on. It is easy to fill and operate. The emptying is a little awkward because you have to tilt sideways, which is counterintuitive to pouring things out, but stains are gone.

It is lightweight and portable. Filling and emptying it was easy. It worked great on my living room couches. I also used it to spot clean the bedroom carpets.

This little vacuum is awesome. Cleans very well. Took out alot of stains from my cloth seats in my truck.
