We had a dirty spot on the couch where our dog lays that had been bothering us, picked up this pet pro machine and the couch looks new again!

I have a dog he’s getting old and sometimes will have a small accident on the carpet and this gets it up with no problems at all. I had an old stain on the rug that lift it out with fairly minimal effort from this little machine. Love it.

I bought it after we got a puppy that was having accidents. The cleaner did a good job of actually cleaning the pet mess up, but always left the carpet looking dirty or stained. Wherever I used it, I could see where I used it. I tried 4 times using all tips and tricks with no luck. Just went to take it back and realized I’m a few days past the eligible return date. Wish I had returned it right away and just kept using occasional carpet cleaning service.

The worst purchase I’ve made. The machine is so loud, my poor dog went running to hide as soon as I turned it on. I’d say it is as loud as a gas generator. It also has barely any suction. As you can see by my pictures, it has two small holes where it suctions, so it can’t pull much of the solution out and leaves everything soaked. Not good for rugs nor sofas maybe could use it for small hand size spot cleaning if it wasn’t so freaking loud. As you can see, I filled the tank to the top and used half the liquid and after an hour of trying to get the solution out of the carpet, I only got an inch of liquid into the dirty tank. The handle is poorly designed as well. The trigger for the spray is right where you need to grip it to get it to suction, so it just ends up spraying more solution that it can’t suction. Too bad for me that I tried to give it a chance and the return day passed so now I’m stuck with it. Save yourself some money and a headache, don’t buy this.

Good product.. suitable for carpet cleaning and vaccum cleaning

I bought this about a year ago from another retailer except mine is green and thought I’d share my feedback. So for starters I got this after thinking a regular carpet cleaner was safe to clean my new couch..i was poorly mistaken. It ripped it up pretty bad, so after that i decided to invest in an actual upholstery cleaner and im glad I did. What i love most is the fact that it has a very long cord, i can have it plugged in inside my house while i use it on my outdoor furniture, and i have a lot of slack. Have never needed an extention cord. Comes with two attachments, one for regular cleaning, and one for deep cleaning. I always keep the deep cleaning one on for my couches or even spot carpet cleaning, chairs etc. Neither attachments are damaging. I like how compact it is, which makes it easy to store. Its easy to maneuver for the most part, but i will say that it is a little on the heavy side which isnt an issue for me, but i can see where it would be an issue for older or handycapped people. I thought originally that the hose looked short and i thought it might be an issue, but its actually the perfect length. It also has a wind up function for the hose which i think is cute. I absolutely LOVE the suction of this little monster!!! Its stronger than my bissel pet carpet cleaner!! I’ve had to go back over rugs that i just washed with my carpet cleaner with this little guy because the carpet cleaner just was not sucking up as much water as i was putting out, and this little dude took care of that completely. *Oh and i wanted to add that regardless of how much pressure you put on the hose nosel (like into a couch when you’re sucking up the water), it wont change the effectiveness of how much water it pulls back out. You can barely be putting any pressure on the nozzle and it will get the same amount of water out as if you were pushing it into the surface. And it gets a lot! So dont strain youself!! Some cons are that it does take a little elbow grease to scrub since you have to do it manually, whereas with a regular carpet cleaner all you had to do was push it back and forth. This just has a regular scrub brush, no electric roller head like a carpet cleaner does which kinda sucks, it would probably be better if it did, but that also sacrifises damaging the material you’re cleaning(remember my couch story lol). So if you wanted to clean a whole couch, after the first cusion, you’d be pooped and over it like i was. I used up the energy i had washing the first cushion, so i had to take frequent breaks in order to get a whole couch done. At least my right arm looks toned though so i guess thats good..right? It doesnt heat up itself, so you have to instead put hot water in it which is a drag because i get too worn out after washing a few small things, so i never have finished the solution i put in there, so i’d just put it away and save the solution inside for the next time, but its cold when i do that. Which leads me to this; the solution resivoiur looks small, but it lasts a reallly long time since you can only work with it in small intervals due to getting too worn out. Its effective at cleaning stains for the mostnpart, but that depends on the additives you add to the water. I made my own little concentrate consisting of carpet cleaning solution, color safe bleach and water, and it works pretty good. Ofcourse there’s always going to be some stuff it won’t get out, so im keeping my eyes peeled for a new and improved version that heats up itself, and maybe has some sort of steam function, and isn’t so physically draining!

Only had it for 2 months and the thing broke.....the handle snapped in half..

I highly highly highly recommend this carpet cleaner ... yes I know the original photo is nasty AF!!! But with the two dogs the back yard full of mud and a kid who enjoys jumping on chairs with shoes on this is what happens But look this toke me like maybe 5 minutes and it looks amazing ... I might go over it again once it’s dry but I am in love with this carpet cleaner!!!! I did two chairs and a sofa and then I changed the head and did the stairs all stains are gone I did everything within an hour Fantastic for those jobs you just need a handheld machine and for sofas and chairs and such

Love this little machine. Super easy to fill. Easy to operate. Easy to clean. Has great suction power. Perfect for small areas and stains. Great for furniture. It’s really loud and the house is a little stiff. I wish the house was detachable so it could be cleaned out. And I wish it was heated. But it’s a pretty handy little machine to have around. With a small child and pets, it gets used quite a bit.

I have had this for a while and never used it until yesterday. I thought there would be more attachments like the ones that I saw in the photos of the instructions. The "what's in the box" section lists attachments that are not there. In any case, the machine did work well without taking up too much space. Although it is a bit loud, it did not wake my 2 yr. old great grandson, who was asleep in the living room where I used it on an old kitchen distress mat my daughter gave me. It worked very well. Next time, I will spot soak certain areas I want to use this on before I get started so that it won't take much effort to clean certain stains. No... I do not use it for pets because I do not have pets. I'm allergic. But having a messy great grandson, and his dad are quite enough to keep this little machine busy. I feel like suctioning up everything my grandson brings into my living room to eat (the baby's dad), before he can enjoy getting it all over my couch and living room floor.

This unit is bigger than others I've used as well as fairly loud. The clean and dirty water container are easy to remove and clean. This unit cleans very well. Unfortunately this does not heat up the water and solution mix if you have a small spot to get and has a very wide spray area. I prefer smaller spray areas with more focus. Additionally the hose tends to get dirt trapped in it and mine is currently growing mold. Considering I have carpet and I have an upright cleaner, I would rather use it for couch and stairs than bring out this lil guy. I initially purchased this for my 05 clothed car seats but as I've upgraded to a new car, I genuinely can't see myself using this unit and I'll probably end up tossing it. Normally I love this brand but I have switched as of recently.
