Have a couple of dogs so I was looking for something that could handle messes. This works as advertised and does a very good job at cleaning.

Does a great job cleaning up messes. If you have a pet, there will be accidents. This is a must have for any pet owner.

I was skeptical about getting a mini steam cleaner. This little guy does the job!

Does a great job....my only complaint is when you press down hard on the nozzle it can break the plastic which just happwened to me.

I needed something to clean up after my dog pooed in the living room. This product worked exceptionally well. I even used it to clean the carpeting in my vehicle. It is a nice little spot cleaner.

It's heavy and bulky but that wasn't my biggest issue, the noise it makes would scare my neighbors animals and the suction isn't very strong and because of that yku have to do most the work physically. It does work and do what it's supposed to but you got to put your back into it to get it there! The one and only time I used it was on my carpeted stairs and after a few steps my back, arms, and neck were bothering me from having to scrub, then hold as much pressure as I could onto the handle while dragging it backwards to suck up the remaining water. In my opinion it's not worth the price and I would not buy it again, I expected a much different experience than what i got. Also it was wet inside one of the tanks upon receiving and opening the box, so it's likely it had been used and returned before. I give it 2 stars because it does do what it's supposed to but not convenient what so ever for the price.
