Amazing. Saved my rug after my large dog got sick all over my light grey carpet. I was fully prepared to throw it away but did not have too.

Does a great job....my only complaint is when you press down hard on the nozzle it can break the plastic which just happwened to me.

This machine is perfect for small cleaning situations and does a really nice job. Much easier than pulling out a full sized unit and cleans just as well.

I don't know how I've lived so long without this machine. It is truly a game changer with carpet in the house.

It's heavy and bulky but that wasn't my biggest issue, the noise it makes would scare my neighbors animals and the suction isn't very strong and because of that yku have to do most the work physically. It does work and do what it's supposed to but you got to put your back into it to get it there! The one and only time I used it was on my carpeted stairs and after a few steps my back, arms, and neck were bothering me from having to scrub, then hold as much pressure as I could onto the handle while dragging it backwards to suck up the remaining water. In my opinion it's not worth the price and I would not buy it again, I expected a much different experience than what i got. Also it was wet inside one of the tanks upon receiving and opening the box, so it's likely it had been used and returned before. I give it 2 stars because it does do what it's supposed to but not convenient what so ever for the price.

I’m so glad I bought this. We have a dog and a cat as well as a baby and this makes cleaning messes so much easier. It even cleaned the seats in my car.

[Employee of bestbuy] Good for if you want to get rid of satins less than a few hours long. You can get away with a few days depending on the type of carpet. Personally was trying to my dads car seats that were stained with oil and mystery liquid will only get out of its recent and have not dyed the surface although lighter after a good pass. don’t recommend just using water have a heavy cleanser for area.

We got this one after the hose broke on our older model. Use it mainly for pet stains and quick pick ups. It works great, and doesn’t leave a soggy carpet behind.

This little guy works amazing! Spilled gas in my car and this helped me clean up the gas smell out of my car. Also made my car look like new again

Super easy to use and got the job done! Cleaned furniture and rugs with no problem. Would be helpful if the hose was a little longer
