Must have for any parent with young children. For the most part, it does the job as long as long as you tend to stains relatively quickly. Old stains would be tougher for this perhaps because the suction could be a little. Its not bad but it is not the strongest

The second one is solely for use in detailing my car. And it works well. The soft brush works great for dust and dirt in the seats, the wand gets the tougher spots the rubber bristle attachment is good for dirt and sand in the carpet. Just test your detergent on a inconspicuous corner first. To check for discoloration.
