I bought this cleaner because my pet had an accident on my rug. I was hoping that the shampoo and the pet urine lifter would remove my woes with this deep cleaner. Alas, no. Although there was plenty of cleaning product involved, the cleaner itself does not pick up enough of the shampoo that is released. I ran the nozzle over the area again and again, but most of the product stayed in the carpet and was not sucked back into the cleaner. I repeated the process four times. I finally thought by diluting the area enough it would lift the odor. It did eventually, but it was too much work for the result.

Really good carpet extractor. I use this in pair with a drill brush and a really good carpet cleaner. I’ve had the competition Hoover and I prefer the power of the Bissel and spray handle. Cord management is good too. Easy to clean and easy to fill.

Cleans really well, spots gone quickly. Needs better tool storage.

if you have pet, and carpet just buy this you wont regret it when the stains come, and they will come. recently bought a house with carpet, and within the first few weeks this came in handy, definitely worth the price for SPOT cleaning. if you want something to do your entire home with, probably get one of the full size options.

Read many positive reviews before purchasing and couldn’t be more satisfied. Our dog had some adjusting to do when we moved into a new condo. We expected it so we bought this beforehand. Works like a charm, you won’t be disappointed. Got our money’s worth after one week and still going.

Also, worked great to remove pet odor left on our velvet couch. Worked on milk spills on a carpet by our baby.

I have an old confused senile dog who goes outside and then walks inside and pees and poops on the carpet. It's really frustrating. It's insanely frustrating. This little thing is really good at spot cleaning. It's big and cumbersome, but at least it works.
