Does a great job of removing stains and is very easy to move around. I recommend investing in this little mean machine.

It works. Cleans well, not great. Can be inconsistent. On harder stains it works but isn't as powerful as it needs to be. Wish I could control the suction. You just place the wand down and the machine sucks on its own. One wand it comes with shoots water out the edges on the sides. Never use that one and not sure what that is for.

I have now had to use this cleaner a couple of times to do spot clean ups in the carpeted part of my house. I have a couple of spots that did not go away completely but others are gone. The carpet is only a year old so they are fresh pots.

It's a nice product, but like everyone else it leaks water. It can't be helped based on what it's meant for. Just remember that what chemical you use matters a lot.

Bought this to remove pet urine stains from my dogs couch. Worked great. I highly RECOMMEND you purchase the warranty. Ive been using a mixture of vinegar and water to clean and works better than the cleaner that came with the device

Noisy and does not work for hard stains. Not worth the money if you dont have pers

Really like this cleaner, it sprays water much deeper into the carpet than other types. It's also really easy to clean because you can lift the lid off the waste tank.
