Deeper more plush carpet definitely does not get as clean as a more standard plush. The hose attachment’s don’t love dog hair and clog quickly. Not really a fault of the machine as it’s small and not a commercial machine.

Stopped working on first use

Contacted Bissell support hoping for any easy fix but they recommended returning it. I'm fortunate I'm within the 14 day return period as its going back but going to look for a more reliable machine and different manufacturer to finish cleaning my upholstery.

Horrible Unit- Avoid

I ran 2 tanks of water through this unit cleaning carpet and upholstery and got maybe an a ounce of water vacuumed up. I would return it but only used it past the return date. This is the most useless cleaner I’ve ever used.

Broke fast

Was unable to get to the store until after 14 days but less tahnna month and was unable to exchange it! Thanks best buy!
