Severe leak

Dirty water started spraying out the bottom of the machine. I tried reattaching all the in pieces but no luck. Took it back to the store.

Must buy for pet owners with carpet at home

My apartment unfortunately is mostly carpet. I had a full size hoover carpet cleaner, but that was not going to be ideal for this. I was frantically looking for a portable carpet cleaner and found this and it had great reviews on Amazon and from research. Picked it up asap and it is POWERFUL. Cleaned so so well too. It's nice that the suction cup is clear so you can tell when it's actually clean. Totally worth the buy! No longer going to bother with buying the pet sprays since this just does a much better job in ensuring all the nastiness from your carpet is gone. A must have for anyone with pets and carpet in the home!!!

My aging cat has a liver problem, so cleaning up after him is a daily task. This machine did the job in mere minutes! It’s more powerful than the next model down, and the little bit of additional cost is definitely worth it. I even went back over a couple of older stains the other machine couldn’t clean, and they cleaned up beautifully with this machine. 100 out of 100 stars!

No stains and no smell, I have a 2 year old child and a pet that easily get my seats messy, but with this item it can clean my seats really well! It also worked on my white chairs. It was very messy at first but it got every single spot off now it sparkles! Thanks to this item I can clean anything and everything.I am a busy mom and it made my cleaning WAY easier. This really made me really happy and im stress free. I told all of my friends and family about this.
