This is the first time owning a humidifier and I must say I choose the best one so far. This is amazing. I am able to take it all around the house wherever I need it most. The night light is also a plus. It works great when you are cooking in your kitchen, it takes away the smell of the food.

First let me start off by saying that I’ve never owned a humidifier before and so I wanted to take the time to learn the ends and outs of the machine before I made my review. I’ve had this product for a little over 2 weeks, and I must say it works really well. Being someone who’s never had a humidifier, I was coming into this kinda skeptical, as I’ve never seen a reason to own one, but after trying it out, it definitely makes a big difference when it comes to air quality. The Bissell Humidifier has 3 fan speeds that each have their pros and cons, you have High, Low and Sleep. High gives you the best bang for your buck. If you’re someone who wants to neutralize smells, odors, smoke and bacteria in the air in a timer manner, this is the speed for you. I placed the humidifier in my bedroom with the windows closed and made me something to eat on the stove, that way, I could get the smoke and smells from the food to move into the bedroom, once I felt enough had come into the room I closed the door and turned the humidifier on high, within 20 minutes, I went back into the room, and you could barely smell any stench coming from it, the air just felt and smelled really clean, and it was immediately noticeable. Unfortunately having it run on high, does also give off a loud humming noise. But if you’re just like me and you don’t care about sounds, and you just want to remove smells and make the air healthier, this is the mode for you. Low probably offers you the best balance of all three, it still makes its humming noise from working, but it’s barely noticeable, and you can actually hold a decent conversation with it at that level, not so true for it on high. On low, it doesn’t work as hard as it does when it’s on high but honestly, it doesn’t need to at that level, plus you still get the benefit of the machine running efficiently while also not being to loud. To me that’s a plus plus. Sleep mode should be self explanatory. It’s the lowest of the three speeds, and you honestly would think the machine is off if you didn’t put your ear close to the vents to know that it’s on, it’s that quiet. But sleep should only be use for when you’re going to sleep, it won’t offer up a great performance overall on this mode, but it offers up what you need, and it offers it whisper quiet too. Other notable features is the night light or what I like to call the mood light that wraps around the bottom of the machine, it also lights up in this soothing sea green and blue color that helps set the mood. The light also has the option to be turned off with the press of a button independently while the humidifier continues to work. This humidifier also comes with a built in timer, which I did not really care to use, I just kept it on for as long as I needed to, and turned it off when I didn’t. Overall I’m pleased with this product and will recommend it to anyone looking for decent humidifier.

My significant other is sensitive has allergies and this purifier has reduced her sneezing and symptoms. While it's hard to quantify and gather hard data on just how much it helps. It is very noticeable the air quality after the unit has been running for a few hours. Breathing deep is easier. The air feels lighter in dust and other contaminats. The low mode runs very quiet. I am a light sleeper but I am able to leave this on without it causing an issue. If I'm being honest, the low gentle him actually helps put me to sleep. The high setting on the other hand is loud. Almost sounds as loud as an in use microwave. I used this mode in the kitchen while cooking or right after. I let it run while jumping in the shower and when I returned, the food smells were almost gone. The unit doesn't create any kind of noticeable heat while running for a prolonged amount of time. This is great if you need to have it on carpet. The light is able to be turned on or off, which is good because its a bit too bright for me when trying to sleep. Timer settings include 1 or 4 hour auto shut off. This is on daily at our apartment. While it does great in bedrooms and kitchens, large rooms will be a bit too much for this unit. You could try the high setting to get more range but the sound won't be able to be ignored.

An air purifier wasn’t something that was on my radar, in fact, I thought I was getting a humidifier. Nevertheless after using this for a week or so now, I realize how pleasant my bedroom is to be in. No unpleasant odors and it’s a cleaner air that you just have to experience for yourself. For the most part, this is easy to use, just plug-in and power on. The purifier will alert you when the filter needs replacing. The design is very elegant and appealing. It includes three power modes and a night light that can be turned off at any time. This is a great household product and the difference will be appreciated by all.

The Bissell MyAir is a nice compact air purifier that provides clean air at a budget friendly price. Using it for a week, I’ve noticed less dust on my end table where I have it. The unit has three modes, sleep, low and high. The first two you can barely hear especially sleep, the high is about as loud as most fans on medium/high. The MyAir is the perfect size air purifier for an office or bedroom as it doesn’t take up much space. Also it has a nice blue light that can be turned off if not needed. This is a great feature in a kids room as you have an air purifier and a night light. Filters are very reasonable @ $15.99 or less when they need to be replaced. Being compact and very light, the Bissell MyAir provides a great small air purifier that doesn’t take up a lot of space and can be easily moved from room to room.

Was trying to find a purifier to help with allergies and dust particles. This works wonders and is very quiet. The only drawback is the size. Wish it was smaller. Not really suited for a nightstand.

Over time my air is much cleaner. I no longer cough frequently. I was fortunate to find this on sale at $30 off, but I think it is worth full price. I just leave it running on low all the time. It's easy to use.

Perfect purifier for a room. Small, quiet and easy to operate. Filter replacement is cheap. There is No app access.

Product is awesome and extremely quiet. Highly recommend it, makes a difference in air quality.

This fall has been very rough on my allergies. Both my girlfriend and I have been struggle for a few weeks with coughs and congestion. Within a few days of using this filter, we both have been breathing much better. On low, the filter is nearly silent. On high, there is audible white noise, but I find it relaxing. The night light is a good touch, but I wish I could have the buttons illuminated without turning on the night light. Set up is easy. Note: you must take the bottom of the unit off to take the bag off of the included filter. The unit is a bit bigger than I expected. With a diameter of 8.25 inches and a height of roughly a foot, it is a bit bigger than I expected. But, I like it. It works great and I want another one for the office.

Bought this for my bedroom. I have COPD and live in the desert where you can't keep dust out of your house. I no longer wake up gasping for air with this. A big plus for me.

This air purifier works well. It's not too loud, the sound of it actually helps me sleep better. It's kind of like a soft white noise. I also purchased one for a family member and they love it too.

I've never had an air purifier before so I wasn't sure what to expect. It's exactly what I imagined. Quiet at night but also a good white noise if you want it to be. Good product for a reasonable price.

Got it while it was on sale and my points were about to expire. I don’t know if it’s working but I did notice a change in my breathing every night I use it. I don’t feel as stuffy and congested anymore at night.

Using it for my office space while I work. My place tends to get pretty dusty. It doesn’t completely eliminate everything but I notice a difference.

Works great. I keep it on the low setting and you barely know it's running because of how quiet it is. Overall, I'm pleased with this product.
