Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was disappointed in the service care center with this product, I returned the portable cleaner for a bigger steam cleaner for more power and easier use, well I purchased this cleaner with it, never opened it because the portable steam cleaner had a little bottle sample to try out. Nope didn’t like, exchange for more expensive one that I absolutely love but can not use the portable cleaner with this one, and service care would not allow me to exchange for the one that went with the other steam clearer!! Er!!!! First time we were disappointed at Best Buy!! That person does not work there anymore I believe due to poor customer service!

Works great with Bissel pro heat

I saw this in the appliance section and boy did it make a big difference. The older solution did not clean as well it may be the oxy added to it but stains just go away. We have multiple cats so this is put to good use. Highly recommended and effective.
