    The packaging on this product has issues. Bottle "bloated" and it no longer stands up...the cleaning solution is fine and does the job but had to put it another bottle.

    For the smaller carpet cleaners, you have to use a specific type of soap. It has never been clear to me why you have to use it...but it's on the instructions, so I guess I blindly follow! This product is good at cleaning stains...but is only average for getting the odor out.
