Lightweight, easy to use. We owned a prior model and the water and formula input, measurement, and purchase units have been greatly simplified and are cleaner for the user. You still have to buy Bissell formula, but hey, no more pet odor! It also works on the occasional pet stain. This model is also much lighter and SO much easier to clean, which can be gross. Highly recommend this Bissell.

Great carpet and furniture cleaner my wife loves it

I used it the very same day I bought it and I'm glad I did finally buy one instead of having to rent one every year. So this time I always have it at all times and use it whenever. It did the job and that's all I want.

I had browsed reviews for almost 2 weeks before buying this one. My brother inlaw is a professional carpet cleaner and does ours twice year but with 2 cats a toddler and a puppy it was hard to have him come more often so we decided to get something we could do ourselves. At first I thought it was just ok but with how easy it is to pull out every weekend and do a run over the living area, my carpet looks brand spanking new. We have even had people ask if we got new carpets. I would recommend this to anyone who's carpets are in bad shape and white. We ran it every weekend for a little over month since they were so bad and I don't regret it. I defiantly got my money's worth already and no longer mind crawling and playing all over the carpets with my kid.

Looked at prior reviews. Found this to be a reliable cleaner for our needs. Works well, but you do need to refill and empty reservoirs often during a deep clean. Worth the little we spent.

Very happy with this unit. I was skeptical but it won me over. I read the reviews saying it stopped sucking up the liquid in the rug. Read the instructions, if the solution container gets too low the suction will stop. Refill and empty the dirty water in 3 minutes. Decent quality, you're getting what you pay for. Treat it good and it will last.

Easy to setup and use. A bit on the loud side, so plan on when to use it.

I could not believe how much crud the machine took out. The water was almost black in the waste tank. It brought back the color of the carpet and no more smelly carpet. Bessel products are great. I think it’s great for small homes because of it’s size. Not really a complaint but the instructions on how to fill the hot water tank was a little confusing but a few u tube videos later and I figured it out.

Probably the best steam cleaner ive own. I love having different settings to clean the carpet. The express clean has came in handy when i just want a quick overall clean thatll dry in no time. The deep/max clean has cleaned the most subborn stains that was embedded in my carpet. 10/10

Vacuum was easy to put together. I was using it within 5 minutes after unpacking it. Just add hot water and cleaning fluid. I pretreated the heavily soiled spots I made sure I sucked up as much liquid as possible and I used a fan for quicker drying. Pet stains and smells were gone and my carpet was as good as new.

I have gone through 3 of these cleaners. I wanted to love it because it is very lightweight and easy to use but the solution release button always stopped working and I would have to manually wet the floors myself before cleaning. The first once I figured it was a faulty one so we traded it in for another as I really liked how it worked in the beginning. The second one the wheels stopped turning and could not push, the third had the same issue as the first. We upgraded to another cleaner.

This is easy to use and does an awesome job!!! Get a lot of pet hair up!!

This cleaner did a better job than the guys with the big trucks, My wife spent a morning with it in our living room and the floor looks like new almost. the hand accessories worked great on the couch cushions and the spots you could not reach with the main unit. Sucked up a bunch of dog hair that was mashed down into the carpet.

I love the cleaning power! My only issue is how quickly it burns thru belts.
