Works well and does as advertised. Was less expensive at Best Buy compared to similar, but not the same model, at other stores. Saw no difference in this one.

Does a good job. I wish it had the removable steam portion like our old bissell. But it does have better cleaning and does not get clogged as easily.

Used for first time after a 20 year old unit failed. Can not believe how much dirt this unit picked up. We vacuum often but there was so much dirt. Very easy to set up and use. Very good price at Best Buy as usual!!

Its a great carpet cleaner really easy to use and so light

Easy to use. Use it for spot cleaning my couches and once a month for the carpets around the house. Doesn't have the power or tank storage of the large ones you can rent but good for being a household cleaner.

The reason why I didn't rate it a 5 star is due to minor leakage when using product. On the plus side is the cleaner does do a pretty good job of cleaning carpets. I'm happy with it despite minor flaws..

I had read consumers report ranking this product very high and did research and found this product on sale at Best Buy. Used twice thus far and it does a fantastic job cleaning. Very easy to use.

This Bissell carpet cleaner was easy to use. Much more lightweight than my previous carpet cleaner. I stand by the Bissell product, as it has always worked for me and I am happy with their products! I have two puppies and am potty training...you can imagine. My carpet cleaner not only cleaned the area, but also removed any odor and my dogs are now potty trained!

I did an express clean on my area rugs that I've used for three or so months. Look at the difference! I also used the attachment to clean dog urine in my back seat - works in removing the liquid and smell! Highly recommend. Easy to set up and use.

Easy to use, cleans well, light to transport and does the job.

Cleaned very well. We have a large dog that brings in dirt. The water tank is a bit smaller than our previous cleaner. So more trips to fill up. Overall great cleaner. Ordered on line and picked up at store. It was very convenient.

Bought this to replace another failed carpet cleaner. Bought this because it was for pet cleanup. Carpet cleaner is easy to assemble and use, but the dirty water tank will fill up quick if doing even a small room. The cleaning solution tank will last though a couple of small rooms, but may need to be refilled several times if doing the entire house.

Initial set-up takes a few minutes, but works great! Especially for the Puppy accidents. Easy to clean. Has several different cleaning applications, Water will stay in the hose if you don't pay attention. Just need to let it drain before you roll it back up.

My carpets have never been so clean after using a steam/carpet cleaner
