Awesome machine! I was pleasantly surprised at the end result. Nothing complicated to put together and is very user friendly. Easy to clean, too.

I have had several carpet cleaners and they never last long, are large and hard to maneuver , and feel clumsy. This unit is lightweight and simple to use and did a remarkable job on what I thought was a clean carpet. Good buy if you need a carpet cleaner. We will see about durability.

Love this product. I couldn't believe the dirt that came out of the tug. It sucked out a lot of the water so it didn't take long st all to fry.

I have only used this once but it did a really nice job and was super easy to use . I did it at 10pm at night and carpet was dry by 6 am the next morning and I did the deepest clean which requires the most time to dry ! I like that it comes with attachments for spot cleaning .

I bought this on a whim. My dog is getting older and is going blind, so more accidents in the house. It worked wonders on our carpets! Stains that had been in the carpet for a really long time came up! It's super user friendly and will come in handy when my dog has another accident.

I read the reviews on this cleaner before purchasing this as my first cleaner. It was very easy to use and did a good job. I wish the clean water tank was bigger though. It seemed to go through a lot of water. Make sure to buy a large bottle of liquid cleaner also. Awesome cleaner!

really happy with this shampooer. Easy to use and seems to do a good job. I've already recommended top others. Make sure you order more shampooing solution right away as it goes fast if you use the maximum clean setting.

We have two dogs and this vacuum has been reliably picking up their fur during (almost) every other day vacuuming for two years. It’s important to change the filter out and clean it once a week or you’ll notice a decrease in performance.

This cleaner actually scrubs the carpet and really helps it get clean. I have owned many carpet cleaners and this one is by far the best. The machine seems way more durable than the competition. I also like how easy to clean the machine is. You can actually take it apart and clean out all the dirty gunk.

I love this vacuum! Its light and has great suction. It has a canister that comes off easy and back on easy. Its easy to clean. Im very happy with it. I highly recommend this vacuum.

We had an older version of this and with 3 dogs it served us very well. This machine is a great upgrade. It is more powerful and much lighter and just overall does a better job. It's very easy to use and clean. We are really happy with the purchase.

I was a little concerned that this model didn't have the water heating feature that my last did, but it worked great! It was so much lighter than the Bissell Proheat 2X Home it replaced and so mush easier to clean as it has two separate water tanks. I would like a water heater built in, but it works well as is. With a water heater, it would be a five star.

I couldn't imagine my carpets being any cleaner after seeing the nastiness sucked out by this thing!

I love this wet vac. Gets the dirt up and doesnt leave the carpet soaked. Great attachment too.

I find that I have to go quite a bit slower than with my previous Hoover model, but the deep clean is quite good. Haven't used attachments yet.

I absolutely love this cleaner. We have high pile rugs that needed cleaning and this did a great job. It left our rugs looking and smelling clean while keeping them soft and fluffy. I was also very pleased by the ease of setup and use.

The Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner is one of the best carpet cleaners I have ever used, it so convenient and easy to fill the water chamber and to empty the dirty water, the heat function helped dry my carpet in a lot quicker time than the rental carpet cleaners I have used.

Easy to use and tutorial helped a lot.I watched the utube video and it explained step by step how to use the camera.

Out of all the cleaners I have had, this one is the best. I bought this one to replace my previous proheat 2x revo that was about, 6 years old maybe. I have been using it on my impossible to keep clean tile for the last 2 years since moved. Great on carpet and tile!!
