I love it. It's light weight, easy to maneuver, and cleans great. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I like mine so much I bought one for my daughter. It is very light and so easy to use that I shampoo the carpet frequently rather than waste time vacuuming which puts some dust back into the house. I add a little rubbing alcohol to my water as a sanitizer and my carpet feels fluffy soft to walk on. I have a dog, but you'd never know it. The house looks and smells clean because it is. Better design and results than my previous (Hoover) shampooer by far!

I used this for the first time today in my house and I'm impressed thus far. We live and work on a ranch and bring all kinds of dirt, manure, hair, etc. into the house just because of the nature of where we live. I vacuum probably 2x a week at least but decided to buy this to help as well. It pulled up a ton of dog hair and dirt, so much so that I'm sure I'll be running it again in a week just to pull up more. It's held up its end of the bargain, I'm glad I've purchased it.

I had the smaller version. This one holds more cleaning solution. It has real power.

Make sense to buy your own carpet cleaner instead of spending $50 or so to rent one. Does it do as good of a job as a professional cleaning? No, but it will make your carpets look nice and clean.

This thing is incredile for a household cleaner. The light duty cleaning setting is worthless however. The deep clean setting will bring ALL the pet hear up from the depths of your carpet. This thing gets a ton of use in our house and does an incredible job. You do have to go over the carpet a few times, and it is not really easy to clean up after.

Works fabulously! Our daughter got a puppy for Christmas and I forgot how difficult house training can be! She wasn't taking him out at night so he just started going wherever he wanted on her bedroom carpet- got this and was amazed at how well it worked!!! Pictures on left are before and the one on the right is after- does a great job!!!

We have multiple pets and a child, so to say we use the heck out of this thing is an understatement! We have gone through a few machines but this bad boy has way out last the others and does a much better job. It gets down deep into the carpet and really gets the funk out. Only down side is it can be a major pain to clean out if you lose the little cleaning tool. Highly recommend!
