I got this to share with my sister. I have not used it yet but she loved it. She has severe arthritis in her hands and with kids and pets she has to clean her carpets often. This is very light weight and works wonders for her. She has a hard time using the heavier machines due to her arthritis. Only complaint was that the base is narrower than most but the fact that is is light and easier to use out weighs that con.

Great cleaning power and great suction leaving the carpet not soaking wet

I like the easy to remove the water for the fresh and dirty water. Does a good job getting the dirt and stains out of the carpet. Having pets, I still get dog hair caught in difficult to clean sections even after vacuuming frequently. It is still a very good product for clean carpet, just wish the cleaning of the unit was easier.

Lightweight machine but heavy duty in cleaning power

this carpet cleaner did really well . i vacuumed prior to using this and it pulled a lot of cat hair and dirt out of my carpet . my carpets feel super soft and look amazing . i did not like the cleaners that came with this and im glad i bought a separate cleaner as well . i also wish it pulled more water up so it would dry quicker but overall its worth the money !

Fantastic carpet cleaner. We had a dirt spot on our carpet in one particular are before we moved in. Nothing got it out but this! They have lots of options for cleaners and it has scotch guard in them for carpet protection. Also comes with stair hose attachment along with pet hose attachment.

This is carpet cleaner is light and cleans very well. Very happy with the purchase.

When you take it out of the box, read everything to assemble it. There were labels on the unit itself that explained steps missing in the quick assemble sheet. Once you get it together, which isn't all that hard, it does a quick and wonderful job on at least the small messes my dog had made on the rug. I don't know about full rooms of carpet.

This is very simple to use and really gets the job done

I have two dogs and a cat. This does a great job when anyone makes a mess on the floor. I used the free sample soap it came with and made the floors/ room smell great! I like that you can also use it as a smaller vacuum. Would recommend to anyone with pets.

Well it started to go in for a tv but came out with a carpet cleaner. I really enjoy knowing I have a cleaner that’s does it job. So now when eva I need my carpet cleans I just put the solution in than get to cleaning . It’s very easy to push n pull so it doesn’t take to much work out to clean

I absolutely love this machine and my only regret is not discovering it years ago!! This is perfect and my carpets are wonderfully clean and it’s so easy to use! This was the best option for me since I enjoy doing things myself rather than having people come into my house especially during a Pandemic!!

This really did a great job on my carpets. Easy to use.

I was having a problem with this cleaner at first it worked perfect, then I noticed it wasn't getting water in the dirty bin. I called Bissel and she walked me through some trouble shooting. Turned out I didn't have the 3 pegs is the front lined up (something you don't really notice once you attach at the top) Now it cleans beautifully!! So happy I called them. It cleans really well.

The best part is that these new machines have a smaller profile and are that much easier to maneuver and use. It also comes with smart new tools that help you clean out and maintain the machine better. It did a great job!
