Yooo this shampooed the heck out my rug , the water and solution is like a that came out turn from light grey to charcoal black . buy this if you want to see how dirty your carpets mattress sofas really are .

This is a good all around carpet cleaner. We needed one as the dog had a bad case of diarrhea, and it had stained the carpet. After one use of the antibacterial solution provided in the box the stain and smell are gone.

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with two cats. This carpet cleaner is pretty good for cleaning up messes. Con: I broke one of the 3 belts in the unit and could not find a replacement locally, but Bank's on Telegraph was able to order them quickly. I would recommend, as a precaution, ordering a couple replacements of each belt, so you don't have to stop mid-cleaning to find a replacement..

Works great The deep clean cycle is great I have White carpet and you can really see the anything on it stains and all Had it clean by a carpet cleaning company they did a good job The carpet got dirty again so I bought the bissell. And it clean like I had it done by a professional. Great product I recommend it

After reading/watching several reviews, I decided this was what I was going to spend my hard earned money on. The Pro model has a spray nozzle that pretty much everyone agreed was not worth the extra $70 premium. I've used many other brands of carpet cleaner, but this one has gotten out stains I thought would never come out. One reviewer mentioned this is likely due to the dual brush design it has. I waited to get this until it was on sale. Coincidentally, my dog was sick a few days later and really put it to the test. I thought for sure my carpet was stained, but I can't even tell anything ever happened in those spots. Comes with some good tools and even a little thin plastic tool to clean out the head. Very easy to put together, comes with 2 different trial sized solution bottles. I already have friends asking to borrow this because their other brand carpet cleaners don't work as well.

Setup was easy, however there is a learning curve with its proper use (maximum cleaning). One round of cleaning may not be enough (as round 2 right after also got the water dirty)

Works well, we got it to use when we moved into our new place. Even though the place was professionally cleaned we were still able to pull up dirt. Its easy to clean which is good because it sucked uo enough hair to question if the ring girl crawled out if the well in this living room...

Works surprisingly well! Used it to clean several large rugs and mattresses and each time I was surprised at the extraction of dirt. The hose extension is also a dream and I can use that to clean the floors in my car.

So far, I've only used it once. There were a lot of old pet stains on my carpet and it removed all of them. Very happy with the results.

Bissell Deep Cleaner item was exactly has shown. Did a really good job cleaning specifically dirty spots. Assembly was relatively easy and items came apart easily to clean up afterwards. Have not cleaned a whole room's carpet yet. Very slow movement forward and backward works best.

Not really. I refer to my wife as "Sherlick Nose" This machine works fantastically. I suggest purchasing the stair tool if you have carpeted stairs. This vacuum stopped me from having to change the carpet in my basement. I have 2 dogs that shed heavily.
