We've used several of these things over the years. This one seems to be really solid. It's quick to set up, and when you're done, it doesn't take long to get it cleaned up to put away. We've got pets so carpets need attention frequently, and this machine has been doing a great job.

Great addition to our cleaning gear. I had alway kept one for the house but has always gone with the lesser valued Bissel. The first time a ross the household rugs this machine took up more than our other machine ever had done. Fantastic item!

Great product I would recommend easy to use light and easy

Brought this machine home, put together in a couple of minutes. Filled the water bottle with hot water and Bissell carpet cleaner, and, then it was off to the races. Started machine, pulled the trigger to release liquid and worked my way over the carpet. Came out beautiful. And nice scent also. Fantastic handy machine for the home.

This is really great carpet cleaner. Makes carpet look brand new after every cleaning. I love the deep clean and express clean mode. My son always drops something on the carpet and the express mode is really helpful in such situations. only drawback is that it can't heat the water compared to some other models which have that feature as well.

I have four dogs and this is the best purchase I’ve ever made! With my old carpet cleaner I had to empty the tank several times when I would clean my carpets, and they didn’t even come out clean. This cleaner makes my carpets look brand new!!

Must buy. Cleans so well. Moved into my boyfriends home and he ruined the carpets with endless parties. The carpet white carpet was turned black and this, somehow turned it white again! Works wonders. Cleans small areas had to refill a lot but works amazing and cheaper than carpet cleaning service.

I really like how light it is and easy to use the tools.

We got new puppies, so needed something to clean up the carpets while we are potty training. It actually does a pretty good job for this. The automatic spot cleaner they make actually cleans better, but only very small areas. This does well enough when covering a whole room.

I bought this scrubber because we installed brand new carpet back in March and didn’t want to use an old scrubber on, at this point, fairly new carpet! Throughout the process, the dirty water tank was pretty dirty, amazingly. It dried extremely fast! Better than any of my old scrubbers!!

Really liked how well the cleaner works, it even removed an old stain in the carpet we couldn't get out on our own. The only down side about this machine would be that it is really annoying to take apart all the pieces in the end and clean them all separately before storing.

I have four animals that live inside. Upon bringing this cleaner home, I was able to clean all the carpets in the house in a matter of hours. The set up was quick and did not require a lot of work. If you can fill a tank from the faucet and pour dirty water into the toilet, you can use this cleaner rather easily.

The choice of multiple settings makes this a great tool for frequent use with short drying time. I am making notes on my calendar to do and "express clean " about every 6 weeks of traffic areas so that the dirt does not build up. Express Clean dries in about an hour!

Was skeptical but ended up very happy. My 11 year old grandson put it together for me. I found it very easy to use but difficult to clean out the gunk from the rollers the first time. Was not impressed when I used the attachment with the hose as it didn't work well cleaning stair edges. Overall it is a nice carpet cleaner.
