The choice of multiple settings makes this a great tool for frequent use with short drying time. I am making notes on my calendar to do and "express clean " about every 6 weeks of traffic areas so that the dirt does not build up. Express Clean dries in about an hour!

I purchased this item for just cleaning carpet in 3 room and for cleaning large area rugs. even though it only hold one galloon of water and I have to refill more frequently, it get the job done very professionally. The end result was remarkable. it saves so much space.

This carpet cleaner unit has a light weight design but has great suction power to get water out of the carpets. Previous different company manufactured ones we had owned were a little bulky and heavy for normal household use. Bissell products seem to be engineered by listening and reviewing carpet cleaner customers.

Best cleaner I’ve ever owned. It made me realize what an inadequate job my vacuum is doing! I’d had someone stay in my home with a dog a few weeks ago, and the machine picked a surprising amount of dog hair the vacuum had missed, plus the carpets looked exceptionally clean. I love it!

Works as well as the ones I was renting from stores. We took in a stray and she occasionally pees on the carpet. It's nice to have the carpet cleaner here so I can clean anytime, plus it will pay for itself in less than a year.

Have only used the product once but did a very good job on our carpet. The two separate tanks is an improvement over the single tank.

After researching what were the best carpet shampooers, I purchased this Bissell ProHeat 2x and found it to be very simple and easy to use. It performed as I had wanted it to and I was very satisfied with the shampooer!

I've always been skeptical about buying a carpet cleaner. This Bissell has totally changed my opinions about carpet cleaners. This thing is awesome. It worked great on the high traffic areas in my home. It was able to get up the dark spots in my carpet. I would definitely recommend this carpet cleaner.

Picked up enough cat hair to make another cat. Also got rid of all the stains. Made the carpet look like new

We have two cats that like to throw up their food and leave stains on our carpet. So far this has picked up the stains and returned our carpet to a cleaner look. It has done a great job of getting dirt and stains out of our carpet. We only have one issue with gobs of hair getting stuck in the vacuum part of the cleaner.

I needed something to clean up a stain from laundry soap getting spilled on my floor from my daughter. This machine took my floor from blue to normal. It also removed slime with no problem. I no longer worry about my daughter being 5 and making a mess because this handles everything.

My dog sheds a fair bit, and vacuuming alone doesn't get up all of the hair. This carpet cleaner does an excellent job of cleaning up excess hair, spills, or accidents. The instructions leave a bit to be desired, and I find myself reading them every time I go to clean the carpets; otherwise, this would be a 5 star review.

Great carpet cleaner. It does exactly as it says in the manual. Very easy assembly and manual provides a quick introduction to get you started right away. The only con I would say is that the cleaner smell lingers a little longer than expected.

I bought one a couple years ago. Use it a couple times a year, and it always does a great job. I was so happy with mine that I bought one for my Mom. She love the job it does on her carpets. You just have to take it slow, this is not a vacuum.

Works great. We have 3 small dogs. Not a lot of hair, just your usual dog smells. Some marking on the carpet. Between the solution and the carpet cleaner, our house smells great. Made the carpet look brand new

I love how it uses a little bit of water to get a big job done! And my bed room rug dryed in less than 2 hrs.... One star removed for the fact that I have to use the cleaning tool to remove the access dirt from the suction point...but if you want to avoid the dirty work,get the pro version for $50 more.
