We have a 2-1/2 year old, he makes a lot of messes. I finally broke down and bought a deep cleaner, and I feel like I made a solid choice. I've used it 3 times now, and the results are on par with my experiences with rental units. It's a bit aggressive, like an eraser on a pencil, it will pull fibers from most carpets. (do NOT use it on a fine rug, it will damage it) The tanks are very manageable, I haven't had any sort of leaks, except maybe if you count that when you finish using the unit, you may want to let it run in vac mode to pull as much of the water as possible into the waste tank, because there will be a bit of residual flow that is hard to pull up. The quick dry mode... I can't say I've really used it, but I don't tend to do much "touch up" cleaning. So I can't attest to the claim of 30 minute dry times. But I'm happy with my selection, and I think most people cleaning typical carpets will be happy too.

This carpet cleaner is spot off! I would say spot on but it takes all the spots out so spot off! Great carpet cleaner, only bad thing I have to say about this cleaner is it is difficult to clean the brush area.

The Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution carpet cleaner does the job and more. It is lightweight, easy to maneuver around and cleans dirty carpets with no more than two passes. This is much more quiet than our previous cleaner.

Honestly we have had this for the last couple years. It is amazing. We have 6 dogs. It picks up a lot of the stuff we cannot see everyday. The solution is not great. I would recommend getting something from pets mart or pet owners for pets.

I have 2 German shepherds, a cat and a husband that just refuses to take off his boots. So, I needed something easy to use for small clean ups and then for the whole house shampoo, too. So far this shampooer is easy to use and does a great job.

Works very well, but gets dirt build-up easily. Have to clean out the suction area more frequently than other carpet cleaners I have used in the past.

Bissell carpet cleaner was a good purchase. It is easy to use. Clean up was easy .The cleaner is more noisy the the last carpet cleaner I had. I enjoyed using it for the first time.Other than the noise I would recommend it.

My husband and I have wanted a carpet cleaner for years. This one is so great and easy to use and clean. My husband loves using it so much. He’s the one that uses it the most. I would recommend it to everyone.

It just works. The different modes really just control the water output, so express is great for a weekly cleaning keeping carpets fresh, and deep clean for accidents

I never had a carpet cleaner before. I read the reviews for this one and it sounded good to me. I can concur that the positive reviews were honest. I love my new BISSELL - ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Upright Deep Cleaner. I have 16 indoor cats, and this carpet cleaner did a GREAT job on my carpets.

I was more than skeptical that this was going to clean anything, it was so much smaller than my rug doctor. Much to my surprise this thing was cleaning better than my rug doctor. This is a must buy! It is easy to clean after use.

This little shampooed saved my sanity after potty training 3 puppies during the rainy season here in Oregon. Love the separate tanks for cleaning as n and dirty water. Easy to use which is the most important thing for me since I have nerve damage.

We replace an older Bissell that we had for years. I like how the clean and dirty water tanks are set up and seems to have plenty of suction leaving the floor fairly dry. The only downside is that the brushroll still turns when using the attachment

We just purchased a new home and the carpets needed cleaning. Instead of having someone from the outside come in during Covid19 we thought we would do them ourselves. We were very satisfied with the end result and how well the shampooer worked.

Amazing results. Thoroughly happy that I was able to buy this with a price match from another competitor. This made my carpet look so awesome. Even after you dry vacuum first and then deep clean, you will still see carpet fuzz come along the cleaners path. I guess that means it's working.

With three animals in the house, this was a much needed purchase. This is super easy to set up and very easy to use. The attachments also work very well! I’ve used this on my area rugs, couch, and car floor mats.

Cleans carpets well. Quick clean option is great and one can clean large area with a single fill. Wish there was a rotating brush for stairs cleaning using the hand held tool.

I bought this as I have four rugs that needed deep cleaning and I did not want to pay for a service. It does a great job cleaning but the process itself and maintaining the vaccum can be slightly tedious. Just be careful not to overburden or you will break some of the belts.

I was impressed with this carpet cleaner. It did a good job, was easy to use and easy to clean. My only complaint is that the detergent container is rather small. Otherwise, this appliance is worth the money.

So I had this other steam cleaner from a rival company and for some odd reason the tank just got all screwy. Well I found this gem and put it to use. The over all suction is better in my opinion and it heating the water seems to get that extra dirt out so I’m content
