Wish I had purchase this when it first came out. Better than the cleaners rented. Was going to replace carpet and this made it look new! Bravo!’n

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when sucking up the water I had to add a 10lb bag of beans to the top so it would get down hard enough to suck up all the water good. It did a pretty good job cleaning the carpets. I wasn't totally wowed but it did a good job.

I honestly forgot where I bought this from lol of course best buy. IDK how I lived without this, cleans me carpet and makes up look like new if my kids accidently spill juice. I even used it to clean my car.

Easy to assemble, literally one screw. All the other parts snap together very snuggly. Easy to operate, no need to review the directions. Lots of power, cleans as well as my old $400. Bissel.

So glad that we purchased the Bissell Proheat 2X deep cleaner. Especially with a new puppy. Even the express clean setting brings up quite a bit of dirt and dries so fast! Easy to maneuver.

This product performed as expected. It didn't clean my dirty white carpets to perfection. But it made a substantial improvement. And cost less than the pros. We do have a dog and it seemed to clog a lot.

This cleaner is great for deep cleans as well as spot cleaning. Would have given it 5 stars except for it leaks slightly. Not anything crazy and for the money, I can live with it.

Having my own machine is very convenient compared to renting a machine. Works well and I don’t have to worry about returning it to the store on time

I used the shampooer the other day, and it worked just beautifully. The drying was in less than an hour, which I was surprised. I would recommend the Bissell ProHeat upright cleaner.

I had a water pipe start leaking, and it ended up staining my carpet yellow. I purchased this unit to see if I could clean it myself, and this cleaner did awesome!! The carpet was cleaner than when I can a professional clean them. Love this machine!

It does a good job cleaning our carpets. We have 2 dogs and it cleans up their messes adequately. We do still get a urine smell which may be more related to the cleaning product we used inside of it.

This carpet cleaner is amazing! My carpet is a light gray and having a puppy there’s bound to be code brown on the floor. Literally this machine made my carpet look BRAND NEW! I always stand by Bissell

I have had all brands and even Bissell but this one finally is set to do what it should, clean, be cleaned, and work correctly each time. Reliable, and safe on all floors and carpet length and stule.

I just did a quick run through our living room and bedroom just to make sure all was working and wow just 2 passes made such a difference. I can't wait to really have a go at the carpets lol

The Bissell ProHeat 2x was able to clean the carpets as intended in a previously occupied apartment. The Bissell was able to pick up a significant amount of dirt. I wish that it came with a floor (non carpet) cleaning accessory out of the box.

Works just as expected, and instructions are very easy to follow. Heavy enough to feel like it might last and still light enough for me to easily move around.

This cleaner does very well with pet stains and minor spills. Would recommend this for light to medium carpet cleaning jobs.

This gets my carpets spotless and quickly too. I didn't have much hope of getting the carpet clean with 5 kids and a very large American Bulldog causing mayhem and tracking the world through my house but it worked like a charm and I'm impressed

This carpet cleaner is the best. Works on tough stains and let odors.
