Old carpet cleaner broke and this one was a perfect replacement.

Needed this for an emergency carpet situation and it worked really well. The attachments for upholstery also work well and got everything out that we needed.

Works fantastic on new and old pet accidents and stains. When using deep clean mode on whole carpeting plan for it to be wet a few days but very happy with results.

Had a Bissell before that worked great and lasted about eight years. Decided to go with another Bissell and so far so good. The width seems a bit smaller than my previous one but this one seems easier to use.

This thing works great! We have needed a carpet cleaner for a long time, and this works better than we had hoped it would. Great value for the price. Was recommended by a friend, and I have zero regrets.

I'm sure there are better profesional steam cleanerr out there but for home use, portable, easily stored and affordable this does a great job.

Minimal assembly, and easy to follow instructions. My carpet is soft and clean and fresh! The upholstery attachment was not nearly as easy as it looked, but it's not impossible. Very happy with this!

This cleaner is not made for a tall person. The on/off button is far below the waist. The cord wraps below your knees. If your have a bad back this cleaner is not for you. The return tank only hold 1/4 of the cleaner/water tank which means you are constantly dumping the tank. The cord is also short. On the positive it cleans well.

Just finishing a thorough cleaning of all of our upstairs carpets. Our Bissell is quick and easy to use. Love it!

It is a good product. The only issue is where to place it when it is working. Make sure not to place it on a rug or carpet. Machine really did work well though. Sleek design allows it to store easily.

Performs as advertised - my carpets look terrific. The heated water technology is vastly improved from older models. Like it so much, I bought one for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas - they love theirs, too.
