Excellent rug cleaner. Easy assemble and use right out the box. Great attachments for stains and spot cleaning. Longer hose for going up stairs would be a great addition.

Works fantastic on new and old pet accidents and stains. When using deep clean mode on whole carpeting plan for it to be wet a few days but very happy with results.

Needed this for an emergency carpet situation and it worked really well. The attachments for upholstery also work well and got everything out that we needed.

I'm sure there are better profesional steam cleanerr out there but for home use, portable, easily stored and affordable this does a great job.

Had a Bissell before that worked great and lasted about eight years. Decided to go with another Bissell and so far so good. The width seems a bit smaller than my previous one but this one seems easier to use.

Works great for monthly household cleaning since we have pets. Destroys spots like nothing. Overheats after 4.5 rooms which is excessive. We have learned to do 2 rooms per day for best results if they are back to back. Or let the machine catch a break if trying to clean the entire house in one day. Our home is 3,000 soft with about 75% carpet in hallway steps and bedrooms.

Minimal assembly, and easy to follow instructions. My carpet is soft and clean and fresh! The upholstery attachment was not nearly as easy as it looked, but it's not impossible. Very happy with this!

This Bissel works very well in our living room, that has carpet. Cleaned up a lot of dirt on the very first time we used it. Great product. Would recommend to all.

It is a good product. The only issue is where to place it when it is working. Make sure not to place it on a rug or carpet. Machine really did work well though. Sleek design allows it to store easily.
