This was exactly what I wasn't looking for. You will be amazed at how much dirt it pulls out. The dirty water tank is convient too, it will hold 2 tanks of detergent mix before emptying. Good value for the money.

This definitely does a great job in deep cleaning.

As far as cleaning carpets it's pretty good. But I hate the fact that it is so hard to clean. You can't take it apart and clean the brushes and where all the crud goes unless you unscrew the plate. Who wants to use a screwdriver every time you clean your carpet? Not me. I could clean my old one in no time just by snapping the pieces off and snapping back on. I would return it and get something else if it wasn't passed the return date. I didn't use it as soon as I got it because it was right before Christmas when everything is crazy.

I cleaned my carpet with this. It works really well. The only complaint is the water tank is tiny. I constantly have to change water.

I love this carpet cleaner. Gets the stain & smell out completely.

Tired this out and it got the chocolate milk stain right out. My carpet look so much better. I have husky/lab mix dog so there is hair that my vacuum doesn’t get and this cleanser vacuum got it all up.

First time buyers on a deep cleaner it works great .. just finished using it in my dinning, and walk in area. Its looks good!!!! definitely recommend this .. thanks

This is an amazing product that works. It’s light and cleans the carpet very well. The only thing I don’t like about this is that the deep clean soaks the carpet a little too much.

This is an excellent carpet and upholstery cleaner. Don't rely on the auto-stop though when cleaning the machine itself, because it can still overflow.

The room I needed cleaned was real bad. I was going to just rip up the carpet in the spring, but I decided to try and clean it instead. This carpet cleaner did wonders. I think I'll keep the carpet for a little longer now.

I have a Golden Retriever and as a result the cleaner has had a lot of use. So far it does a great job cleaning the dirt and mud off the carpet.

This is a good vacuum for picking up stuff off of carpets. It sucks real good! LOL. Watch out for things that get clogged up inside the hose. Have a great time super awesome vacuum!

This has done the best cleaning job I have ever gotten from these cheaper, residential type cleaners. I'm glad I decided to buy it. It has paid for itself already!

I can’t tell you how clean my carpets are now. It even removed the mud tracked in on the stairs. The water was very dark when I finished so it did a great job.

Does a good job but doesnt clean a very big area with a tank of water/detergent. Fine for accident cleanup or quick run on hallway. 2 tanks for a bedroom.

My Bissell Proheat 2 worked beautifully. It cleaned my carpets and my house looks better and smells better. Now my son wants to use it on his carpets. Thank you.

the ProHeat 2X did a good job of cleaning the filth from low shag on the first try. however, fibers and hair clog it and get wrapped around the brushes. it is a pain (inconvenience) to take apart (must remove screws and disassemble) to keep it clear and running. it is recommended to vacuum prior to using. i still experience this issue. but it's not like you deep clean every week, so... if you can use a screwdriver and like to tinker a bit, i guess it's alright. if not, i dont see how you would not be really disappointed.

The Name of the device: (Pro Heat) Gives you the idea that the water is heated while cleaning I.E. Stanley Steamer, it is not.. You must use the hottest TAP water you can get...It cools off, you're done...Cleaning is OK, nothing to rave about, but it KIND OF gets the job done...

The product using new technology to clean better than the older model. Although the old machine broke after many years, it was worth the upgrade.
