The best total package vacuum, we have 3 little ones and a dog and let me tell you it does work good.

This was very easy to use and removed all the pet stains we encountered. You do need to keep changing the water but I would assume all deep cleaners do this.

This is by far the best money I have ever spent. I thought my carpets were clean before I know that they're clean now the amount of dirt it pulled up was amazing.

Pretty happy. It handled dog fur great. I don't use the standard carpet shampoo. I use Dr bronners at about 20% strength

Really good carpet cleaner for the price, only a bit difficult to clean under the brush area. For a quick spot cleaning this works well.

Excellent wet vac does what its supposed to with no mess. Had a hoover before but bissell takes the cake great purchase made here!

Vacuumed really good first and this thing got even more dog hair out of our carpet! We vacuum every day too. Loud but totally worth the clean carpet.

We bought this due to the pet feature, and it has worked great. Our last one only lasted a year, so we wanted something that would last, and it definitely brought new life to the carpet.

I just recently moved into a new apartment and the carpet looked new but smelled horrible so i bought the carpet washer and man it works awesome i plus the carpet drys up really fast.

Great product for cleaning carpets of pet owners. It does take additional time and effort to clean it before each shampooing but it is worth it.

Was skeptical buying but decided to try out. We have traditional carpet in bedrooms and a thicker carpet in living room. Overall this unit did well. I was able ti get the floors cleaned and the dry time was a few hours. Would definitely recommend. What prevents me from giving this 5 stars is 2 things. 1. Its pretty loud and 2. I wish it had a larger reservoir. Other than that its a fantastic unit.

Give it 5 stars on how well it works however cleaning after your done with the carpet is kind of a pain

Let me start by saying this this is my first time doing product review,and i got no words to describe this machine works great light weight not to loud.im so happy i bought this machine.

Having kids and pets put this to good use. So easy to take out use for full house or just one spot. Love it!!

This works better than my old Hoover. Keeps the water hot and cleans much better. The brushes work like a standard vacuum, the Hoover had 4 small spinning brushes.

Works great and as expected. Has done a fantastic job of removing dirt and stains from my carpets.

I have been so pleased with this cleaner, I have always hated the long dry times for carpet cleaners but the express option on this one not only cleans great but drys very quick!
