I would give it a 5 star rating if it had a bigger dirty water holding chamber. Does a really nice job of cleaning pet stains with a lot of tools.

This cleaner does a great job of removing dirt and pet hair from the carpet. It also dries the carpet much quicker than other brands.

Works well on stains. Cleans car interior well. Can be slightly messy while using and transporting (dips water).

This cleaner worked great on our carpets. It was able to pull up water that had gotten into our basement bedroom and we were able to salvage the carpet and pad from this mess. It also did well cleaning the carpet after the fact and the suction power was great. I liked the feature to be able to heat the water because it seemed to work better when cleaning the carpet. This is my first carpet cleaning machine and we needed it anyways because almost the entire house is carpet. Easy setup and even easier to clean the machine after use.

Product works well but goes through the water fast. Had to refill twice to do a bedroom. But overall good product.

Great machine. I have a dog who sometimes doesn't make it outside, and with carpet...it can get disgusting quick. I was renting machines from the grocery store every few weeks and the cost was adding up. This works 1000x better and is saving me a ton. I'm still not sure if it heats the water or not, so I just make sure I put REALLY hot water in and it seems to do the trick. Honestly, there's no downsides to this machine.

Love it. With 2 dogs, we have a lot of hair. This machine reallydid the job.

Good. Strong Heavy to maneuver but if this is what you need then go for it.
