The heated water makes it so much more effective at cleaning over those that don't have the feature. It breaks apart easily for cleaning, and the hand tool is great for upholstery and tough spots.

The only thing that seems to be common in today’s marketing is that the plastic container and plastic parts seem to be kinda thin and could be made more durable. Otherwise very pleased with the purchase.

I love that the dirty water collection tank can be disassembled so you can actually clean it fully. 10/10 highly recommend

Great carpet and hand wet vaccum.

I had to replace an older Bissell Carpet vaccum due to it all of sudden cracking on its tank. This was an expensive purchase but honestly it is worth every penny.

Gets all odors out, you just have to make sure you are using hot water and a good carpet cleaning solution that doesn’t produce suds/foam
