I bought this one and the Hoover steamvac because I wanted to compare and see which one I was going to keep. The Hoover outcleaned the Bissel like crazy. There is a lot more suction power and the cleaning is effortless. Bissel just didn't live up to the job.

I like everything about this vacuum, but how it stands upright. When you move the handle to set the vacuum in and upright and locked position it make an awful snap/crackle sound. You have to over "push" it forward to make it stay in place and upright. Freaks me out every time. I am worried it is going to snap and break.

It did a great job on my dirty carpet and the stains.

The vacuum part of it works well but the shampoo part is not as powerful as i wished. Water leaks out after use so there is an additional mess to clean up.

If you’ve watched the videos on this, it makes it seem easy to clean. It takes FOREVER to get desired results. Worth the purchase, but beware that it is not as easy as the video marketing pieces make it out to be

We have owned several Bissell carpet cleaners in the past. The newer design is easier to clean up afterwards, but is more awkward to use. The clean and dirty water reservoirs are on the handle, making the unit harder to maneuver and providing less weight directly on the floor, which equates to less suction. The old style had a separate detergent reservoir, which was easy to use. The new style requires that you pour the detergent in the clean water reservoir, which is not only awkward, but messy. In addition, when you want to just rinse the carpet, you have to remove the reservoir, rinse out and waste any remaining detergent, then fill it with clear water and proceed to rinse. Overall, still a good carpet cleaner - but Bissell needs to rethink this new design. Maybe they should try actually using one...

Great product, so far. We've had several carpet cleaners and they tend to only last a couple of years before something starts leaking. Hopefully, this one will last longer.

I love it. It Really cleans the carpet really well

I've been looking for a shampooer for a while and after reviewing and watching a bunch of YouTube videos I found like this one and it works. You won't believe this but there's like this stain in my carpet that been there since we've lived here & with the shampooer I was was able to get it out.

Bissell ProHeat is one of the best carpet cleaning machine I own so far with these strong brushes it’s able to pick up majority of the water and all dirty I definitely would recommend this cleaning machine to other.

I’ve only used it a handful of times and the last time I use it it’s not sucking up the water so I had a wet rug

I really like this carpet cleaner, it's easy to maneuver, and compared to my older one I don't have to make as many trips back and forth to the sink. The one downfall I had was that I miss interpreted the description on the box and thought this machine would heat the water up, and I was wrong

Service was great. Dishwasher selection less so. Very limited selection of dishwashers in stock , and no one seemed to know when any would be coming back on stock. Frustrating to pick one out only to be told it’s not available .

This vacuum does an awesome job. The only change I can think of would be more weight on the front to help suck the yucky stuff up. I dunno, maybe I can train my cat to sit on it while I clean carpets.

The express clean option did an amazing job. When i used the hose feature to clean up dog vomit it took me about an hour and didn't get the stain completely out.

BISSELL manufactures a very good product. BEST BUY offered it at a very reasonable retail price...and they had it in stock for immediate purchase. Also, BISSELL COMPANY is an "Animal Friendly" supporter. Got it!

... Buy this GREAT product. BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Upright Deep Cleaner is a great floor cleaner! I fill it with hot water and the last place I clean gets the same hot water as the first place I clean. I use it monthly to keep down the pet dander in my home.

It worked great on the seats of my Tahoe but when it came to cleaning the carpet it worked terrible. It didn't clean the carpet or even made a slight difference in it.

Great price, easy set-up, and an overall great machine for the price. I think the self-cleaning feature should be included just like with the spot cleaner machine they have, especially after using the carpet feature....
