This is a great value, although it is not as powerful as many reviewers said it is awesome for the price. It does take a lot of time to do a room on deep clean, but it is worth it if you love fluffy carpet!

Needed something for the house because we have a lot of rugs. This is great for the cost. Works like a champ. No complaints at all. Definately recommend.

At this stage of ownership, rug shampooer works well. Naming and pricing of products in the line and display in store were confusing.

Great machine. But it gets 4 stars instead of bad designer flaw....when using the hose attachment and tool floor brush still spins.

I had no idea how much more dirt and animal hair could be trapped in a carpet. Add on attachment works well for upholstery.

I love bissell products. This shampooer is great did a really good job on my carpet and I also caught it on sale. All around good deal.

The product works as expected and does a professional looking job on caprey. Wish it did a little big of a deeper clean but the easy fill option is really nice. Alternating speeds of power.

It doesn't look like much, but it does a great job as far as I'm concerned. It does put out a lot of heat and pulls water up rather well for such a small unit. Happy I bought this one.

The machine cleans well, and I would have given it 4 or 5 stars but after only two uses one of the belts already broke. I contacted Bissell and they said this is normal wear and tear. They sent me a replacement as a courtesy, but I find it crazy that this part would break after 2-3 uses and only 2 months of ownership. Hoping the new belt lasts longer.

Very pleased with this purchase. I was able to get out very tough stains with this device.

Did a good job on older pet stains and ground in dirt in the high traffic ares.

The carpet cleaner is very good. It cleans the house very deep. However, getting the dirty particle out from the machine may be difficult at times. Other than that, great machine

great carpet cleaner only problem i have is the front part doesnt have enough weight for the brushes to really get deep into the carpet

The only things i like about it can use it to clean spots couces ect.

Excellent wet vac cleaner. Removes pet urine great and cleans the kids’ spills awesome.

We purchased this one to replace another Bissell that I have had for 5 years. This product does an amazing job with a variety of carpet stains!

My old shampooer which held more water than this one broke but this was a nice budget option to replace it. I get basically one room out of it before it has to be emptied.
