I am very happy with this carpet cleaner. I have one dog who was having potty issues and we had lots of spots, using an odor removing spray wasn't enough, she kept returning to those areas. I finally gave this machine a try and I am really satisfied with how well it removed odors ( be sure to use the pet odor shampoo included). The carpet smelled so fresh and clean after just one sweep! The refill cartridge is just right only had to refill twice for my 800 sq ft apartment. The regular shampoo doesn't remove enough grime in those high traffic areas, next time I'll try something stronger. Overall a good deal, worth the price I paid.

We've been very happy with this carpet cleaner after our last one wore out. Does a great job, is easy to use,band a great price.

We replaced a 10 year old Bissell cleaner. This one is fantastic! My husband cleans the carpets and he said this one works a lot better. Thanks to the Best Buy sales person for providing us info on it so we could order online.

This replaced a Bissel that was about 10yrs old. Much better tank system and a lot lighter and easier to use. Seems to also do a better job getting dirt out

Our old Bissel Steam Cleaner (for pets) died on us and it was time to get a new one. So thrilling... Ok so this weighs in at about 1/4th of the old one, works better than the old one ever did and even has a few extra bells and whistles. This one supports pets also. It's hard to get excited about a steam cleaner but if I had to go buy another one today, I'd pick one of these up. No questions asked. One thing I can say, it seemed to pick up better than the previous one did. The previous one would have to be used sometimes twice in heavy areas where-as this one seems to get the job done on the first go-round.

Very simple to use, lightweight to push - large wheels at back make it easy. Surprising results, had no idea that much dirt was in the rugs.

I'm very happy with this unit. Tackled my 6X8 area rugs with ease, the multiple brushes in the head unit do a good job. Water extraction is very good. The only thing I found fault with is the smallish dirty water container. I was forever dumping it out, I wish it had the capacity to hold 95% of what the clean water tank puts down. I have yet to use the hand tools, but they are similar to my deceased Little Green cleaner, so they should do fine. If this came with the hard floor attachment, it might have gotten 4 3/4 stars. Now I have to buy that piece, as my entire house is tile.

We bought this after our puppy had a couple accidents in the house. We previously had someone come in and clean carpets once a year. We found this to be easy to use and works just as good as the professionals. Follow the instructions and it works perfect. In other words, it worked better for my wife than me. We use this before holidays do our carpets are clean for company. It’s really one of the best purchases we have made and has saved us lots of money in the long run.

We have 3 chihuahuas and a 4 year old boy - our carpets have seen some things. We use this to shampoo the carpets a few times a year and life is so much better. I grabbed this when our old Hoover shampooer died, and this is leaps and bounds better than it ever was.

Love this perfect size and cleans up even the worst stains . Easy to fill and empty out the dirty water .

So I finally replaced my other bissel carpet cleaner after 6 years I did a fair amount of shopping around and reading reviews and decided on this product. It is easy to put together and use and it really cleans! The turbo brushes really loosen up dirt and stains. It also holds a a lot of clean water so you need to fill it as much. The only draw back I see is that dirt water container is smaller that then clean water container so you will be emptying it before you need to refill it. Still a great vacuum.

We found this carpet cleaner to be super easy to use. It produces great results. One drawback is that the holding and collection tanks are not quite large enough.

Cleaner recommended due to ability to pick up pet hair. Works better than higher price Royal model that leaked when being used. It is easy to use and does a great job.
