    Not overly impressed with this vacuum. I have owned it since the summer and used it 3 different times to clean some rugs in my primarily hard wood home ... nothing to brag about makes a mess at times to clean out the machine and the concentration amount you use just seems too small to actually get into the tank of water evenly. You

    Leaks dirty water after steam cleaning from bottom. Cleaner doesn’t get out basic stains without going over it many times. Like using a tank to go over a stain let it dry then got to use another tank of solution & repeat until gone.

    Picked this up for the apartment. I've used the Rug Doctor before but this does not compare obviously. Setup was quick and simple. Took me a minute getting used to. Some areas that I went over I noticed I would have to go over it again because maybe I went too fast over it. I wished it was a little more powerful.
