This does a good job of cleaning the carpets I need to do. Easy instructions & assembly. Filling solution from the top is nice, reduces any spillage. Removing the soiled water collector is easy. As with any type of machine like this how you prep the area to be done ex: thoroughly sweeping and pre-spotting will affect the overall results. Taking the time to make sure you extract the solution from the carpet completely will reduce the drying time. A nice machine for the price.

Excellent cleaning power. Really gets dirt out but tank size just a little small for frequent dumping. Machine is light and easy to handle

The BISSELL deep cleaner did an excellent job cleaning my basement carpet which is a large area.

The machine works great. Best feature is that it doesn’t leak so I can leave cleaner in it for puppy accidents. My only complaint is that the shampoo that comes with it smells bad.

This carpet cleaner was easy to assemble and did a great job of cleaning the carpet in my dog's room. The carpet was heavily soiled with urine and dirt. It not only made it look significantly cleaner, but also got rid of the odor after one wash. Even a month later the odor is still gone. Would highly recommend this cleaner!

We have 2 cats, a dog and a 5 year old. It took a lot of years to find a proper "pet" vacuum. A lot of them claim it but the second they are introduced to animal hair, they fall apart. We've bought 3 of these one after the other. That's not to say they fall apart easily, all vacuums unless you keep them cleaned regularly will go out, no, we have one for upstairs (the clean smelling one), one for downstairs (most of the cat hair) and one for the garage where the cats do there thing. Great suction and accessories as well as easy to clean.

Cleansing Done in one shot! This product is a game changer

I’ve used my fair share of carpet cleaners and vacuums in my life and I can say that this one is pretty amazing! The only gripe I can make is that it fills up quite fast on max cleaning mode so there are a lot of emptying and walking back to dump the dirty water and refilling, but if you don’t mind the extra steps to know the carpet is clean, then this is the device for you!

I bought this and then returned it. All the reviews I read were positive and I'm sure it would have worked for me. I learned from others that it was a lot more than I needed so I don't have pets, not a lot of carpeting, and no one walks in the house with shoes.

Did Research before purchase. Mostly positive comments made me ignore few negative ones and I am extremely pleased with product. The cleaner works in regular mode and makes carpet quite wet but there is a quick refresh which soon dries carpet and does what it says - refresh. Canisters for clean water and dirty water are small which means filling and emptying regularly but if they were to be bigger then the cleaner would be too heavy to manoeuver. It's easy to use and easy to move around. Regular mode does an excellent clean. Very pleased with end results. Great value for money.

With 2 dogs and an active family, we get some areas that get pretty stained.... so I contemplated having the whole house done or getting this so we have the ability to take care of a room here, a room there, as needed. I picked the two rooms that needed it badly and the unit was easy to use, easy to clean later and the carpets look great. Glad I invested in it, its worth it.....and now my daughters are borrowing it for their place too!

Easy set up, and the heat option is a must. I was concerned about the suction, but carpets came out relatively dry compared to other carpet cleaners.

I've always trusted the Bissell name and they did not let me down. I did look at the reviews before I purchased this machine. The other reviews were very helpful in choosing. This machine was very easy to set up out of the box and even easier to use. If you have not used this machine before, you should really read the instructions on how to before using it. I have used similar models from Bissell before and I thoughtit would work the same way. Itried differnt ways to clean the rugs with this machine and the way the instructions tell you is the best way.

Very powerful suction, very good deep cleaning. The long cord is nice. I wish there was a release lever for pulling back the handle as it is hard to pull back and feels like you might break it.

I was able to clean my carpets thoroughly with this vacuum. The machine is light and easy to use.

Its good for the price but there are better(more expensive) options out there. Had the big green machine before (600$) and it was great but huge. This works for my current needs and would not hesitate to buy again. It does seem a little on the flimsy side which I attribute to the plastic however Ive had no issues from it. Probably one of the better options in this price range
