Purchased this in May 2021 and it's now Oct 2021. The this is already broken and I've only used it a couple of times to clean a small living room. I cleaned it thoroughly to make sure nothing is clogged but it no longer shoots water/solution so this thing is useless.

I was excited to use it until the hand portion of it didn’t work. The carpet got extremely wet even though it spray was pressed once. It was a good experience to learn from.

Machine quit working after a couple of uses, the rollers quit spinning and it won't suck up any of the water.

This is hands down the worst cleaner I have ever used. I did a rather small area, 8 feet by 5 feet, and I had to dump it twice in that area, it used an entire tank of solution for that one area, and it took over 16 hrs to completely dry.

Bought this vacuum for a home with 2 dogs (long-hair chihuahua/Pomeranian mix and short hair chihuahua mix). Because of the dogs' shedding, we needed a strong suction vacuum, but unfortunately this product did not deliver. Running the vacuum over carpet, only some of the hairs would be cleaned away, leaving behind a line of hairs. After two-weeks of unclean carpets, we returned the Bissell for a Shark vacuum instead.

Had asked a sales person, due to that I have shaggy carpets but this doesn’t do the job so got stuck with it, end buying a dysol from you all as well.

Really loud and it leaks. The vacuum doesn’t suck up much

I bought this not too long ago I think 3 months maybe less. It worked fine at first. But now it has lost its suction. I'm goin to bring it back maybe for an exchange or something better.

One year since I purchased and it doesn’t do a good job. Do yourself a favor and rent one from Lowe’s/homedepot/Walmart/etc.

No instruction booklet... I dont know if I was a problem or it? I vacuumed first,then used this.. I kept seeing little piles of damp trash. Isn't it supposed to keep it to be dumped? I don't know ..I took it back in 4 days and got another design.

Broke withtin 9 months of owning. No longer sucks up the dirty water. Another thing I do not like about this model is the fresh water and cleaning solution are not separate, it’s one big tank of cleaning solution so it seems to leave a film on the floor and the dirty marks reappear within two weeks. I do not recommend this model. I had a previous model of the bissell proheat pet model that worked great and lasted for years, wish they still had it.

I returned and replaced the item with in a week after I found it was defective, the brushes stop moving after just 5 mins of use. Replaced with the other one and the same issue with the other one. Have to call bisell customer service or bestbuy, either to return or looking to fixed it.

It didn’t work as well as I expected it to. The carpet didn’t come clean like I wanted it too.

Bought this product as an open box and it hasn't worked from day 1, the "cleaner" just gets our carpet wet for about 4 hours. doesn't suck up any dirty water or anything. It's ruined our carpets.

Didn’t last long at all it was a good item while it lasted but went to pot quick

I love this for the 1st few months, than the wayer stopped coming out.

First cleaning was an 8x10 carpet. Second cleaning was a 10 x 12 room. As I was just finishing the cleaning the belt broke.

I will be returning this carpet cleaner. I felt it only wet the carpet and didn't notice any difference. Tried it two times and no difference in the look of the carpet. Disappointed!

The dirty water tank is not sacking the water after a couple of use and it is wired that there is no help form the company side. the customer service is horrible.

This carpet cleaner started out great. First and second timed used it did an amazing job. 3rd use it lost its suction power and I had to completely rebuild it to work again.
