I bought this because we have kids and dogs. It has come in handy several times. It has good suction; however you have to make sure you follow instructions for that to happen. I wish it was easier to clean. Sometimes I have water left over from the clean canister and find it difficult to empty it out. It's small enough to fit in the closet. Also it does not heat the water. If you're looking for a machine that does that, this is not the one.

Works great on small pet stains as it pulls the dirt or stain up rather than using a foam cleaner that would leave a residue. Also the spray is not enough to soak thru the carpet or rug, not leaving a water stain if there is a wood floor beneath the carpet. I have used it about three times and it works pretty well. You just have to fill the clean tank with hot water along with the prescribed cleanser liquid.

Great for the price. Will not replace home floor cleaner but works fantastic on car interiors!

Fast and easy to use. Light weight. Cleaning tube can be a little stiff otherwise fine.

I bought this for a spot cleaner for my animals accidents and it works pretty good. I would say that you should use a different cleanser than what it comes with because that didn't work so well for me. The pros are that its easy to use and move around to get in tight areas. Cons are that its a little difficult to clean out the tanks afterwards. It does do Its job though and removes the stains.

Simple to use. Cleaned my furniture better than expected. Has a heater to keep water hot when more expensive machines do not.

This is neither the best nor the worst spot cleaner. It works, the suction could be stronger.

I did not have high hopes--this little thing is fast and easy to operate. Plus, it does just what it states!! Great Purchase!

Bissel spot cleaner is 1 amazing small well made cleaner that can do the job better than a heavier one that you have to drag around!

She loves it, thats all i need to know. I would prefer a longer hose but realize its compact design allows to get in small places.

We just got a new puppy and with accidents, this is a life saver!It is lightweight and has very good suction. Extremely easy to use as well!

I purchased this about 2 months ago and have used it several times now. I wish the attachment hose were just a little longer. If you're cleaning furniture you have to hold the unit in one hand and use the attachment hose with another and it can be very cumbersome. Other than that, I love it. Cleans great, quick clean up, very compact and stores away easily. Great if you have a messy pup, like I do.

My wife bought this unit we decide on an upright unit for big jobs and it did a better job the Stanley Steamer on spots. I would recommend it for sure.

This works great. Lightweight and easy to carry around the house. Works well for pet stains and drink spills.

I have owned a series of these machines over the years and they have always worked fine for cleaning up little messes. This most recent iteration is easier to get completely clean after the fact than the earlier models which is very nice since they could tend to get a little nasty after a while.
