Surprised me!

Purchased this one and was so surprised!!! The first night I used it in a spot where my dog just usually lays down. No visible dirt on the carpet. What came back in the tank was BLACK!!!!! This was freshly vacuumed carpet too. Looked clean to the naked eye. Absolutely loving this product!

You get what you pay for

A lighter stain came out ok. Pro Jeat does not mean built-in heat. I had to return for an upright with built in heater. Only way to get hot water to remove stains.

Ok but water could be heated

Perfect size and power

Its been perfect for several small jobs. You won't do the whole house with it by I did the 4 stairs the dog uses to look outside and a couple spills. The machine did exactly what I wanted. One small complaint is you have to add water often but I prefer the smaller size so it's a happy tradeoff

It is a very versatile tool and easy to use and clean. We use it mainly for spills... I have 3 growing boys and light colored carpet.. keeping it clean is essential and this carpet cleaner does it for us. I would recommend this to anybody.
